“Customer service was second to none, I mixed up the billing and delivery address and asked to re-route which CCTV Kits sorted. They answer their phone within seconds even after normal office hours. Product was well priced and as described. Thanks for your help. Rub Smokehouse & Bar Birmingham”

“Box was missing the cat cable, and 3 camera mounts. Invoice did not show 3 of the 4 mounts I thought I had ordered so I phoned up and paid for more. Checked online invoice, and it showed I had already paid for them. Phoned up again and got a refund. One of the cameras sent was second hand - missing bits in the box, and had writing on the outside of the box. Sent back, and a new one was sent quick. Automatic invoicing scheme, packing etc 0 stars. Customer services 5 Stars for sorting the issues out quickly. I am having problems with plug and play though, only 1 out of 3 are working - so having to get a cctv company in to check the cameras are working properly, as they may all have had their factory setting password changed by others, as I cannot log in to them via router”

“We liked the easily navigable website and clear descriptions of the products. Before making a purchase we contacted CCTV kits on a Saturday afternoon and their advice was helpful. We ordered the kit on Saturday and it arrived on the Tuesday. The kit was well packaged, and all components present. Would recommend CCTV kits”

“This was my first online purchase of a high definition cctv kit , however being a total novice i could not set it up ? I made a phone to call to Adam he kept me informed and even phoned back at to over my pic on more than one occasion They even called me back to check if every thing was still ok and working The back up service you get with CCTVI is first class I am so glad I purchased from CCTV kits it all worked a treat..I wish all online purchases was this easy. “Initially I was sent the wrong cameras with a 4mm lens when I ordered the 2.8mm version. The cameras look the same and the only giveaway is the small print on the box so it's possible it was a honest mistake. I made a phone call and DPD collected the same day and I had the cameras replaced the following day. All in all a very good turnaround.”

“First time ordering from these guys and they were great. Ordered a full Hikvision system with 8 cameras etc. More than happy to go out of their way to source specific brackets that I needed. Would happily buy off them again and equally would happily recommend. Top class. Padraig.”
