“They list products on the website that appear to be in stock, but aren't at all. I bought an item but then had to organise a refund because they couldn't actually get the item for weeks.”

For us, while most of the equipment has been plug and play the ability for iCCTV to perform the final remote configuration changes over the internet so that I could access the video feed with my android phone was just that final touch of excellence! “Brilliant advice, fantastic service & unbelievable delivery. Delighted with the Qvis Medusa system as its so simple plug & play & easy to install. This was a replacement for my really expensive all in one system which went faulty after 4 years. The Medusa is lowcost but high quality.”

“All I can say is that it was a fantastic experience shopping with icctv systems. I just wish other companies could learn from this company. The customer service was excellent, the pricing was unbeatable, the time it took for me to receive my item was literally next day service.. “I have recently purchased CCTV cameras and cable from iCCTV Systems, I knew what I was looking for so found iCCTV Systems in a google search offering the products I required at competitive prices with the added benefit of free delivery. I found their website very easy to navigate meaning I could buy what I required quickly without sorting though pages of other products. The checkout process was simple to use and took no time at all. All items received the next morning, simple transaction with quick efficient delivery. Would recommend to anyone. Many thanks to iCCTV.”

“I have just purchased a 4 camera system with remote viewing from them. They explained the differences between a number of different systems so that I got the best system for my needs. Good customer service and excellent delivery. Very helpful with the setup off the unit. I'm very happy with the whole system and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for good quality CCTV. I will be using them again.”
