“Box was missing the cat cable, and 3 camera mounts. Invoice did not show 3 of the 4 mounts I thought I had ordered so I phoned up and paid for more. Checked online invoice, and it showed I had already paid for them. Phoned up again and got a refund. One of the cameras sent was second hand - missing bits in the box, and had writing on the outside of the box. Sent back, and a new one was sent quick. Automatic invoicing scheme, packing etc 0 stars. Customer services 5 Stars for sorting the issues out quickly. I am having problems with plug and play though, only 1 out of 3 are working - so having to get a cctv company in to check the cameras are working properly, as they may all have had their factory setting password changed by others, as I cannot log in to them via router”

“We liked the easily navigable website and clear descriptions of the products. Before making a purchase we contacted CCTV kits on a Saturday afternoon and their advice was helpful. We ordered the kit on Saturday and it arrived on the Tuesday. The kit was well packaged, and all components present. Would recommend CCTV kits”

“This was my first online purchase of a high definition cctv kit , however being a total novice i could not set it up ? I made a phone to call to Adam he kept me informed and even phoned back at to over my pic on more than one occasion They even called me back to check if every thing was still ok and working The back up service you get with CCTVI is first class I am so glad I purchased from CCTV kits it all worked a treat..I wish all online purchases was this easy. Thanks again B Powell”

“Initially I was sent the wrong cameras with a 4mm lens when I ordered the 2.8mm version. The cameras look the same and the only giveaway is the small print on the box so it's possible it was a honest mistake. I made a phone call and DPD collected the same day and I had the cameras replaced the following day. All in all a very good turnaround.”

“Ordered a CCTV kit from these Guys between Christmas and the new year. I chased by email as I wasn't sure when the kit would be dispatched and they were extremely helpful. Order was sent out next day delivery on they day they reopened in the new year. I've now got a great Hikvision NVR and camera up, running and installed around my house. Would buy from them again. Very happy”

“Excellent Service from their support Staff & Just a thank you from a Very l Happy customer:) just had a call from one of my clients who has a system purchased from CCTV Kits that I installed earlier this year He's over the moon with CCTV footage of an break in on several units at night The police have made an arrest assisted with the CCTV images recorded during the incident The ease of recovering the recording for the CCTV Kits equipment was very straight forward copied to a usb drive I would highly recommended CCTV Kits for all your requirements We are now adding another one of CCTV Kits Systems to another of his Company locations IMS Ltd Cheshire”

“After doing a lot of research on CCTV systems, I decided to go for Hikvision IP CCTV system. CCTV KITS (formerly iCCTV systems) offered the most competitive price in the market and had very good customer reviews on quality of service. I bought their Hikvision 4 camera EXIR kit, which offered a very good value as opposed to buying individual items. The picture quality is best in class (3 MP cameras) and can very clearly see faces and read number plates in the car park at a distance. The night vision IR illumination of EXIR is far superior than conventional LED illumination. It evenly illuminates all areas without focusing the IR light just at the centre. The Hikvision cameras are supplied with waterproof housing for the cable so you dont have to install a junction box next to the camera. This makes installation a lot easier and looks clean. The Hikvision NVR is of superior quality and records all channels at full HD 25 fps. The main and web interface is easy to use. I had also ordered an outdoor CAT5e cable with the kit and it is of very good quality. 5 stars for service. The kit arrived the very next day. One of the camera was of a different size of lens and CCTV KITS were very prompt and arranged for next day delivery and got it swapped over. I wouldnt hesitate recommending CCTV Kits to family and friends.”
