“Great prices and advise is impertant but after sales service is, in my eyes, invaluable and this company has that in bucket loads. I had a wierd issue with a DVR purchased from these guys and Andrew their tech engineer went far and away above and beyond to resolve. Genuinely an amazing and all to rare company !”

“I am truly delighted with the exceptional customer service and prompt delivery provided by the company. Having access to their WhatsApp line was incredibly convenient, as it allowed me to easily reach out with any questions or concerns regarding my order. The responsiveness was impressive, and they even went above and beyond by sending me a detailed link to assist with updating my NVR. I ordered a dual lens camera along with a POE cable, and both items arrived in perfect condition. Overall, my experience has been smooth and satisfying, making me feel valued as a customer.”

“We needed a new DVR as our old honeywell had died, found these guys via google search and asked for advice on an upgrade, got a reply within minutes and now have a fantastic HikVision replacement/upgrade, service was perfect, box came next day and we are all up and running again, but better than ever and at not only a great price but also 1/3 cheaper than the honeywell.”

“First purchased my Hik system around 7 years ago and just recently started to upgrade some of the 'dark fighter' cameras. Just as before, pre-sales help was excellent and my purchases arrived promptly. The quick 'swap out' was not to be, but the team was very helpful tracking down the issue to a required NVR firmware upgrade.”
