“I have purchased Ajax alarm equipment from CCTV Kits and more recently Ajax NVR and camera kit. CCTV Kits service, price and after sales support is excellent. They are my go to for Ajax products. The real test is when there is an issue. I recently had a technical query. CCTV Kits support was excellent, engaging Ajax support to help successfully diagnose the issue (it was network related).”

“Diabolical Customer Service response. Despite being offered two wall mounting brackets, the one I ordered had camera fixing holes in the wrong place. I ordered two Cameras and two bases (As linked to in there Webiste.) Their Invoice states:- 2 x Hikvision HiLook IPC-T250H-MU 5MP IP Turret camera with 30M IR + POE In built Mic (2.8mm) (described as a Hikvision HiLook Camera, when you search for "Dome Cameras" 2 x Compatible DS-1273ZJ-140 Wall Mount for Hikvision / HiLook Dome Range Yet their Customer Service advise "Sorry we are a bit confused, the bracket suggested with this product listing is not the one you purchased" We will NEVER use this company again !!! Yet they have advised me: "”

Hello Kevin - please can you provide the web link to where this is 'linked to on our website'? Very sorry but we can only see it linked to the 130-TRL not the 140 (if it was we would be aware of many issues long ago on this best selling camera). We are not sure where your screenshot is from - looks like a snip of your order confirmation email? Regards, Adam.
