“I had been trying to get information about IP cameras and their suitability for a particular that I had but had been unable to get any information despite trying several potential suppliers. I needed to know if the bracket would allow me to mount the camera on a wall and then adjust it so I could 'shoot' along that wall as my drive is at right angles to the house. Despite contracting several firms who advertised the Qvis camera only ICCTV Systems were prepared to help. One other firm, who I had sent site photos to even suggested a dome camera,when clearly the pictures I'd sent showed there was nowhere to mount one of those, a bracket being the only option! Although I was only spending around £120 for the kit I needed, ICCTV were very helpful so I decided to go ahead with them. The camera and power unit arrived the next day. There were a couple of IT issues as my pc runs win 8.1 but Alan got that sorted out too. I also have the cam software running on an old XP laptop and my Android Tablet so I can check who is at my gate or approaching the property from where ever I am in the house, which saves having to answer the door if its just someone trying to sell me something. If I need another at any time these people will be my first port of call. I'm now working through the various handbooks to see how to set up an alarm and record. more on that anon, perhaps”

“Spoke to Adam approx. 1 year ago when initially considerering a purchase. Even though Adam was aware that at that point i was unlikely to commit to a sale he still took the time to offer in depth, sound, solid advice. Some months later when i was ready to make a purchase i returned to ICCTV Systems on the strength of the positive experience i had when first made an enquiry , ( it pays to be nice ). I would not hesitate in recommending these guys, they are informative and thorough in providing the package that suits the customer. Despatch was equally efficient and the service i recieved from the first enquiry through to getting the product set up and online was faultless. Thanks guys. Jeff.”

“First time I have purchased and installed equipment of this nature, and the whole process was made easier than I had thought by the personnel at ICCTV Systems. The camera was easy to set up and functioned correctly straight out of the box. I installed this CCTV system so that my property was under surveillance whilst we were abroad. There was a small difficulty in establishing contact with the camera from Spain, but a email to the support section, soon had the problem resolved. Very satisfied and will probably install a second camera before we go away again.”

“I've used icctv a few times now and have always found their website easy to use and their products/service to be excellent. Despatch is usually very fast indeed, and when I have contacted them they've always been helpful and knowledgeable - hence my using them over and over. I hesitate to give anyone 5/5 but I can't fault them so 5/5 it is.”
