“One of my go to places for security equipment, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the delivery process, I ordered one system and notified DPD to leave at pick up point which is great, ordered another system a week later and DPD wouldn’t give me the option to leave at a pick up point only re-schedule the delivery so I’ve had to postpone the installation date with the customer”

“Having spoken to them, they confirmed my selected DVR was suitable. There was no option to buy an SSD so I had to buy elsewhere. My first 2 choices of cameras were not available either. The dvr was easy to set up but the CCTV kits instructions for programming was very difficult to follow, too much jargon is used.”

“Early days but so far so good with DVR box. We selected standard delivery which was supposed to take 3 days but it arrived in two. We would have given 5 out of 5 but the webchat with an adviser wasn't great and the information we were given on price was incorrect, so I'm unsure if the adviser didn't know or if there is a lack of training on products and prices. If you know what you want I would recommend:- Good price and excellent delivery.”

“The light is on dusk to dawn, needs to be on a sensor so it can be triggered if someone comes near the home, cost of energy today is ridiculous”

“Prompt delivery, items came with a handy set of instructions additional to the manufacturers’. Only thing wrong was my order of 2 bags of RJ45 connectors was missing, but not a big deal. Overall very happy, would recommend and will be shopping here again.”

“The products are of high quality only bettered by their delivery service. I’ve only given 4 stars because the PTZ camera package didn’t have a kettle lead for the transformer. I may have miss read the description, or Hikvision didn’t pack one. Good company to deal with though and the prices are fair too.”

“I am still fitting so the 4star rating. What I have found so far is the company have been very helpfull when asked a question, the product seems to be very good. reasonably easy to fit. The hardest part is routing cables. Thank you CCTV Kits”

“I have only given 4 stars as I haven't installed the system yet but I must make mention of the excellent service I have received. First of all my order was received next day, then I had to exchange the white cameras for grey ones, which was my fault, and they were sent by return. One of the replacements was damaged but replaced the next day. It is not so common to receive such an attentive level of support, so my thanks to all involved. Harry Eyre”

“order dispatched quickly and paided £5 for next day delivery. Informed about delivery, shame male adapter was sent instead of female which meant i had to wait for correct on to be dispatched.”
