“Good prices and helpful before the sale. Have had no response to 2 emails of questions after the sale. Perhaps I should have gone through the website afresh instead of replying to presales emails but I did expect a response as this is how I communicated successfully presale. One of my new mailings was regarding a potential second order which I have yet to consider.”

“It was exactly as it said it was, and so far it 'more' than doe as what it said it does, but as you have said, let me experience the experience of the goods you have supplied for a little while. I must say though, wait for it, I did ask you to supply me with information regarding a Monitor to suit, you even printed my request at the bottom of my invoice! I am still wanting this information,(Full 1600 X 900)”

“The initial communication is good, and it turns disaster after I made payment. They promised to deliver the goods as soon as the payment received. I paid on Tuesday, and contacted them 3 days later on Friday, they said that the goods still not delivered and not willing to confirm when it will deliver. They made mistake to send wrong proma invoice. I am still chasing them for the delivery, but I have not heard anything back yet. If no reply in the early next week, I have to ask for a refund, and no sure how hard it would be after the poor experience last week.”

“Quick delivery and quick contact the 1st time i sent a email but after that and 2 emails asking some questions i havant heard anything at all and its been days past which is a pity really as there site is well laid out and i was wishing to buy a few other bits but not getting any replys to my emails makes me look elsewhere as support is very important in before buying as well as aftercare.”

“Sometimes you just need to call an order through, chat very quickly to someone who knows what they are talking about (i.e. both product knowledge AND their own stock). I had an emergency where I needed delivery the following day for a client, I needed some quick technical product advice, it was after their order cutoff but they called their other warehouse and managed to have the products with me by the following day. No silly 0845 phone numbers, no messing, excellent customer service, I'll DEFINITELY be using this company again! Thanks guys!”

“I had purchased the main CCTV system in March and needed some additional camera's. I did not find sales very helpful when trying to check the compatibility of the additional camera's with my previous purchase. In fact I had to ask if I needed any additional items, such as cables. It would have been good for sales to have advised I also need a PSU. Having used the system now I find it to be good however to view it over the web required your browser to be able to support Quick Time, which is an issue. The CCTV software seems somewhat dated with limited or no support for mobile devices.”
