“First purchased my Hik system around 7 years ago and just recently started to upgrade some of the 'dark fighter' cameras. Just as before, pre-sales help was excellent and my purchases arrived promptly. The quick 'swap out' was not to be, but the team was very helpful tracking down the issue to a required NVR firmware upgrade.”

Hello - the cameras you purchased do in fact have audio - audio over coax - meaning you also need to have them running into a compatible Hikvision DVR that supports AOC. Did you call us? (We didn't make them)
