“Brilliant from start to finnish! Site easy to browse and the Hikvision kits offered are well priced and give you peace of mind you are purchasing compatible kit. I ordered a 4 camera Hikvision 4MP package. Paid extra for next day delivery and arrived by UKmail next day as promised. Will definately use in future and can recommend to anyone.”

“Top quality equipment at good prices. Good clear website with all the information you need, and most importantly a telephone support line on which I was actually able to speak to a human right away rather than have to battle with an options menu followed by endless tedious hold music! Customers like this very much and if more companies tried this approach they might fare better!”

“The product is good, the only problem was that the optional mount (DS-1272ZJ-110) offered was incorrect for the camera purchased, when I contacted the company and told them that the to items were not compatible they agreed to send me an adapter plate, this unfortunately was sent second class and took 4 days to arrive, so a good product, but check by callng that what's offered on their website will actually fit together.”

HI Edward, Sorry for the delay with the plate but glad it fixed the issue. We have now adjusted our site so the right bracket is listed with the camera you have... The code was just 1 character out!

“I Made a recent order on behalf of my partner on 13th July and was advised delivery would be 3-5 days. After a week I rang to see where the order was as we were yet to receive it. I was told I would be called back in half an hour after the guy chased it up. No one rang back until 3hrs later by which time I was not available. Some one then rang my partner to say you were still awaiting part of the order. He was then told that the order had been sent out already. Very conflicting....I have not received any order. It would have be nice for customer service to notify us of the situation if indeed you were awaiting part of the order as we had booked a fitter for Friday 22nd. I rang again on Wednesday 20th July and was told by Andrew that it was just a case of waiting for part of the order and that you had not sent one batch previously. Hopefully we will receive the order shortly and hope that we are happier with the product than we are with customer service.”

“Brilliant service/ Kit arrived the day after order. Despite being unable to effect an offered discount online a quick phone call resulted in an immediate refund. Really polite and helpful customer service agent. Missing parts were dispatched the same day for next day delivery. Would use again and highly recommend this company”
