“Great kit, the quality of the cameras are exceptional day and night. Install is relatively simple, plan the cable routes and camera locations in advance. The hardest bit was ensuring the RJ45's were terminated correctly. I bought a tool that checked the cables, would have been a nightmare without this. The most technical part was getting the cameras to show on my iPhone. I used the Hik-Connect app, took quite some time to figure out the router and ddns settings.”

“I paid for next day delivery, but my order did not arrive. I contacted customer service by telephone and was told that someone would call me back. They failed to call as promised and after sending more than one email I eventually got a response. The items were finally delivered 5 days after I placed the order and customer service could only respond with this message "Sorry for any bother this has caused you" and a promise to credit the fee for next day delivery. No explanation and not the most consumer friendly response to a complaint about poor service.”

“I bought Hikvision 2.8 mm dome 4MP cameras and Hikvison DVR. All arrived very quickly. Well packed. I have installed all 5x cameras at my house. I bought 2x wallmount brackets to reduce IR Glare (foggy image). It took some time to setup router correctly for DDNS settings. “Excellent picture quality. Good value for money and build quality. Connecting and installation easy Operating and set up instructions could be better, we are not all totally computer literate and set up instructions need to be clearer. This means that I do not yet understand all the features available to me although as a basic system it works well.”

“Really happy with the service provided. They are always quick to reply to emails. My NVR needed a new power supply. Not only did they repair it free of charge - they even upgraded the fan to a quieter one without me even asking! Highly recommended!”

“Buying from cctvkits was a good experience. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable the both times I called them, in order to clarify certain points relating to the systems, and they also advised me on camera type selection. Also excellent was the delivery time, ordered late Friday and delivered Monday morning, standard FOC delivery. Well recommended!”
