I have rarely written a website review however I have had a bad experience. I placed an order at the beginning of December for a christmas gift and despite emailing and trying to make contact I only received half of my order at the beginning of April. Nobody has responded to my emails about why the second object I ordered hasnt been delivered. Complete waste of my time and money and your staff were not helpful in reassuring me that my orders would be delivered. If anybody reads this review can you please contact me and tell me where the other half of my order is? Order #97782

Hi Jennifer, Thanks again for your order. The final part of your order was already dispatched on 29th March. Tracking was emailed to you. It is showing as delivered on 30th March. If you have not received it, please check with your neighbours or any safe places as it may have been delivered there. I ordered a product in January and am still waiting for it to be delivered - it has taken so so long and no one is telling me why. I will never be buying from this store again unfortunately, and will inform others about my bad experience

I can see a delivery update was sent last week and you can check the latest delivery progress on your order status page. Your order has since been cancelled and refunded as requested and the funds should show on your statement within 3-7 business days. BEWARE Shocking customer service for a huge order of furniture,rugs, etc Live chat isn’t an option, email can take almost a week to respond.. Can’t speak to a person/human on the phone although on this page it says a communication option by telephone is an option-no ‘Made To Order’ not clear, should read ‘Bespoke’ at checkout - these items non returnable.. No free returns..therefore no choice to multi buy and return I placed an order in January and asked to have it cancelled immediately when I received a few smaller ‘stock items’ arrived and found the quality not as described ie. zoomed photos.. Asked for the order to be cancelled immediately and informed couldn’t be done including ‘bespoke’ and stock items.. Anyway still not arrived the remainder 10 weeks later Fuming customer.

Dreadful customer service. 5 day response turnaround for emails. No telephone contact I ordered a wallet, was informed it was on its way, then informed it couldn't be delivered. So I cancelled the order. Then told it was on its way again. Useless.

Hi Marc, Thank you for your feedback. I’m happy to see all your enquiries have been responded to within 2 business days and, in many cases within a few hours. Our sincere apologies that you received an email informing you the product was out of stock, only later to receive shipping confirmation. This was an error on our part and we apologise for any inconvenience. A free returns label was emailed to you in order to send this back to us at no additional cost, and your full order, including postage, can be refunded. I understand you are unable to return the product due to entering an incorrect shipping address at checkout and have requested a full refund regardless. Unfortunately, as we were not informed of the incorrect address and dispatched the order to the address provided, this is not an error on our part and we still require the product to be returned in order to be refunded. Still waiting to receive parts of my order more than 13 weeks after placing it. Delayed responses to emails and more vague delivery dates suggested. Poor.

8 weeks since I ordered some Hay boxes, I still haven't received them or any email to say they have been shipped. Had very little contact from the company and few responses to my emails. I won't be ordering from here again.

I'm still waiting for my item after ordering 2 months ago. Customer service is just vague and won't commit to time frames or they just don't bother replying at all. I won't be ordering from this place again as they cannot deliver on their promises or even follow up on basic communication.

No reply to my email asking for an update on when my order will be sent. Wrong item arrived 2 weeks later and no reply to my email asking to exchange for the correct item.

Ordered loads of items in the last year as sticks all the brands I like. One order arrived damaged and despite emailing several times I didn’t even get a response! My latest order arrived with some items not there and again despite emailing more than once to chase up what’s going on I’m still waiting for the items or a response. It’s been over 6 weeks now since the order was placed!

Still waiting for my order. Was told the item was delayed… then, that they had sent it and given a tracking number… tracking number didn’t work and they haven’t replied to my email. Very disappointed.

Radio silence. Made an order 3 weeks ago that was in stock and marked as typically despatched within 2 to 4 days. No update and 2 ignored e-mails following up.

I will never order for the HUH.Store again. I placed an order on 22nd October and never received it, they just kept pushing the dates back. They should sell items that are not in stock. Also received a faulty item and it took months for my refund!

The customer service is extremely poor. Emails are responded to within 5 working days but the response always from 'Jack' feels automated and impersonal so that actual queries are not dealt with. There is no phone number to call and if you ask for a contact number this is ignored. I returned some items and my parcel was received by HUH on 4th January but i only just got an email to say that a refund will be issued and I have not yet received the money. Shipping costs are not refunded, this is clearly declared but its a factor to remember when returning items.

Hi Isabelle, Thank you for your feedback. I'm happy to see a your emails were replied to incredibly promptly, often within an hour or less. Each of your emails was replied to personally and no replies were automated. All returns are unpacked and processed within 10 business days as per our returns policy and as advised in an email on 9th January. Your return was received 4th January and was processed on the 9th business day. This is in line with the majority of retailers, especially during busy periods such as winter sale. Please allow standard bank processing times (3-7 business days) for the funds to show on your statement. Many thanks, HUH. Store

I ordered in November a bathrobe and no updates since. I have twice emailed to cancel order and receive refund, but no response. Don’t order as seems to be no customer service that one can contact!
