Like other customers I made an order for Hay crates at the end of November which I still have not received. It seems this company is happy to take your money for items they do not have. I emailed and got a response the first time telling me to keep waiting- and no response the second time. Definitely would not buy from them again and hoping to get a refund ASAP

I have been waiting for my kettle since placing the order on the 30th November. Communication with huh store has yielded no satisfactory answers. The 4-6 week back order situation with this item wasn’t clear when I ordered it (money has gone from my account) but even so we’re past 6 weeks now with no update. I’m now stuck with an old kettle which is leaking and can’t wait any longer to replace it.

Ordered an item on 10th November that had a 4-6 week delivery. No customer updates and no sign of the item. Sent emails and instagram messages but zero response. Do not order from this company, will now be taking this up with my bank

Hello, I ordered my boyfriend a Carhartt shirt from here on the 12th December for a Christmas present and I still haven’t had the delivery! I have now contacted three times via email and not had any response!! Please can someone contact me regarding this

I ordered two cushions which were not cheap, in early October. I knew, because it did clearly state on the HUH website, that there would be a 4-6 week wait for the item, but this was ok as I needed it for Christmas so there was plenty of time and the maximum 6 weeks would take me to 20th November. By 20th November, I had received nothing and had had no communication from HUH. I had to chase them and was told there was a delay, but they would be arriving in the warehouse within two weeks. This would still have got the item to me easily by Christmas. Nothing appeared two weeks later and I had to chase again. I did not receive a reply within the stated 5 business days so I emailed yet again, only to get a reply saying there was a further delay and they would look into getting me a “more accurate” delivery date. It’s now 19th December, 10 weeks after I placed the order. I have never paid such an amount for two cushions (almost £200) but it is for a special room and I thought I’d push the boat out. I realise this is a first world problem, and on the scale of life, cushion deliveries aren’t critical, however I am really unimpressed with HUH. This is my first and will be my last experience shopping with them.

TOTAL SCAM! I ordered multiple items about 6 weeks ago, and nothing arrived yet. I've requested (many times) to update or cancel my order, no reply at all! not a single reply!!! I lost more than 150 pounds and am really upset about how this shop treated my request. DON'T purchase from this shop.

Postage was £5 and I’m still waiting for the item over 2 weeks after I ordered it. I messaged HUH to find out what the delay was. At first I was told it was due to Royal Mail strikes but when I pushed for more information HUH admitted that 10 days after I had made the order HUH was yet to hand over the parcel to Royal Mail. Really poor.

I ordered some dining chairs over two months ago. At the point of ordering, the lead time was 2-4 weeks. The chairs still haven’t arrived and despite me emailing Huh regularly to ask for an update on when they might be delivered, I am getting no response at all. I can’t find a phone number either. This is really disappointing given the generally good reviews.

I bought the item under the belief it would be shipped within 3 weeks. Nearly 4 months later, still no item. Every week when I chased it was going to be shipped the following week until I asked for a refund, and the customer service team then decided to ignore me with no means of contacting them. Their comments on social media now turned off. Luckily I bought through PayPal and had the protection and they refunded me on Huh (who seem to have done missing’s) behalf.

Terrible communication. Ordered a jumper size small, it didn’t arrive in 7 days so I reached out only to be told they did not have it in my size. I have tried to contact HUH regarding a refund but my emails have not been replied to. The jumper is also still available as a size small on the website so this has not been updated. Can someone please look into this for me.

I ordered a jar back in august and I know it was on back order for approx 3 weeks. It’s nearing November and there is no sign of it. I’ve written to customer services twice and it says 5 days for a reply. It’s above 5 days since the first email and I’ve not heard a word. I want a refund it’s not been so long but they are ignoring me. Avoid avoid avoid

I ordered a gift for my boyfriend for our anniversary when he opened the coat the one button popped off and the zip will not go up! Therefore cannot be used for £200 I would expect a lot better very disappointed!

Wanted to return item, no info in parcel to do this have to print out order myself and add to bag after wasting time on website to find out how to return Then had to pay for return and had to pay for delivery in the first place Will not this site again if i can help it

Hi Annette, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with the returns procedure. We send all orders paperless to help cut down on waste. Our shipping and returns policy can be found at the bottom of of our website either after or before placing an order. We keep the process as as simple as possible and only require the order number to be included in the parcel, either printed or written out. If you have any queries please let us know. I’ve emailed twice about an order placed over a month ago and received no response. Their social media also limits comments so it seems very fraudulent.

When I ordered the items, they said one of them would take 3-4 weeks, and I accepted. However, it took more than 5 weeks, and one item, which was not informed before, also took more than 5 weeks. CS team hardly answered my question and just sent the items ignoring my request to cancel them when it was 4th week. I will never use this website again.

I bought some items a while back, returned it and was promised a refund. So far nothing, have chased up and no response. Terrible customer service, no telephone number to speak to anyone. Still chasing up for a response and my refund.

We purchased a kettle from Huh store in April, that ultimately did not arrive until August, with very limited communication about the delays during that time. Unfortunatley, said kettle doesn't work and we're still waiting for confirmation about how to proceed with a return. Having submitted a requested video of the kettle not working, we have had no further communication from Huh store. We've even raised a new ticket through the help chat but to no avail. Whilst the products seem good, the communication is unfortunately quite poor.

Ordered a Hay glass jug in Amber on the 14/08, I still hadn’t received a dispatch notification after 7 days so I chased them. After 3 days I received a response, they informed me the item would be sent out straight away. They following day I received delivery (25/08) but they’d sent the wrong colour which is also £6 cheaper on their website. Obviously I contacted them and complained, but still haven’t heard anything on the 01/09. The item was ordered for a wedding present and I have now missed the wedding. Do not buy from them! I’m still waiting for it to be rectified - so, so disappointed. What poor customer service from a small business.

I would love to leave a good review but I’ve placed an order on 2 products with 4-6 weeks delivery lead time on the 2nd of July - meaning I have now been waiting almost 9 weeks and the items have not arrived! I’ve contacted the store twice in the last 2 weeks but received radio silence.
