Huh have sent a different size than the one I ordered so I reached out to them over a week ago and had no response so now I have the wrong item with no way to resolve the issue. Also I returned another item over 10 days ago it have not had it refunded.

Hi Oliver, Thank you for your feedback. The Gramicci brand is sold in the Asia sizing as opposed to the EU/USA sizing, as we find this to be closer inline with other UK brands. The information about sizing can be found on the product page. I can confirm the correct item was dispatched to you. You are of course welcome to return it to us should you wish if the fit is not right. Simply follow the return instructions on the website. Please be aware! There is only a 14 day return window and you have to pay the postage to send items back. I had purchased something in advanced for my husbands birthday but didn’t notice the return policy. Won’t be purchasing from here again!

The returns policy can be found on the website and we do advise checking this prior to purchase if you're at all unsure about the item. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your wish to return the item, followed by a further 14 days to send the item back to us. I bought a bag from this company for Father’s Day, I received the bag and it was damaged. I have emailed the company and had no response. Very poor! The only response I have had is this email asking for a review. Please respond to my email

I ordered a kettle 12 days ago (standard shipping within the UK) and I am still waiting for my order. No email updates on the ETA or explanation and customer service does not reply.... don't waste your money on this company just from a reputable retailer

Advertised 4-6 weeks for delivery of product. Almost 9 weeks later still nothing. No communication from them at all along the way. Even though they have taken your money. When I did reach out to ask for an update it took 8 days for a reply. 8 whole days. Save yourself the effort, shop elsewhere. I still don't have what I ordered.

It was maybe the worst experience I've ever had buying online. 8 weeks waiting for two items (A kettle and a toaster from HAY) 7 days waiting for costumer service reply each time I tried to reach to them... It has been a real nightmare 😔 I'm so sad to be writing this review. After 8 weeks waiting I decided to cancel the order. I feel so disappointed for all the waiting.

I can see the toaster had arrived on time but unfortunately the kettle was delayed by an additional two weeks. We offered to deliver the toaster separately, but you requested a refund for both items which was promptly issued a few minutes after your request was received. I ordered 4 Hay chairs 4 months ago, they delivered the order into two separated time and the last delivery with a faulty chair with unbalance legs. How come no quality check on the goods before shipped it to customer. I reported my case 2 weeks ago to Jack but haven’t got any feedback yet for new replacement. I requested a refund directly then, cos I don’t want wait another 3 months for a replacement to come, surely no response till now. I sent many emails to push, no one reply. I called many times to follow up, no one pick up the calls. Very disappointed and feeling so unlucky to choose this store to purchase. Never ending on my order. Poor customer service and poor product quality.

I returned an order and they never issued a refund. Customer services emailed me a few times then forgot about the issue. They also never pick up the phone.

Great website and lots of choice. Speedy replies before ordering. So even if I was nervous when I read some of the reviews, I wanted to give HUH the benefit of the doubt. Sadly, after ordering, things have gone downhill. Multiple emails have gone unanswered. No updates have been provided as to the status of the orders, even when the estimated delivery timelines were missed by a large margin. I received a delivery last week. Unfortunately one of the item is wrong, which is very disappointing as I'm not sure how long it'll take to get the right item instead. I'm still waiting for other items to be delivered and it's impossible to get any updates or delivery estimates.

My product never srrived. I asked for a refund after 2 months and they told me it was coming. No refund given. 6 months later it still hasn't arrived. Do not shop with them.

Ordered some dining chairs, pendant light and other home furnishings back in December 2021. Although we were expecting a 2-3 week wait on the items now we are almost 5 months on and still awaiting on our final item. Other items turned up after 3 months. No proactive customer service despite spending a significant sum. It’s 50/50 whether you will get a response to an email or call. Got tired of chasing in the end.

Bought 2 Hay French Press as gifts to friends. One was damaged in the package, emailed customer service 7 days ago, still haven't heard anything yet. Unable to give it to my friend either. Disappointing shopping experience.

Avoid!! Returned goods and got no communication from them despite multiple attempts and Royal Mail confirming the return box had arrived. Two months have now passed. I purchased two items from Huh. Firstly they sent me the wrong trousers which i wasn't too bothered by but i tried to return both items and i have emailed them three times without a response. The tracking says the good were returned 6 weeks again and i followed their instructions but i am being ignored for some reason. Please help.

I ordered some glasses in the first week of January. The website said 2-4 days for delivery and they still have not arrived. I have emailed multiple times and never received an answer. Terrible customer service.

Unfortunately very bad experience! I’m waiting for my order to arrive for 3.5 months since Black Friday in November 2021. Every time I contact them, they promise to chase the shop. But I still haven’t got my chair.

Be careful with this website. Placed an order on 6 December, took my money but still waiting for my order three months later. Told every time I chase that it will be '2 weeks'. Feels very wrong.
