I haven't received my order. Your order #124334 is not on its way. My address is 31 Barnes House. E2 9DN. Yikes. Feels like weeks. I have lost weight since I ordered these jeans. Could have bought food with that £50

Worst customer service - AVOID. 2 items returned, 1 refund received. Will not reply to emails refunding second item for refund. Will never shop here again. Embarrassing.

Hi, I ordered a Rains jacket at the beginning of June and it has never been delivered. I've been in regular contact with HUH Store but only get a message from them every couple of weeks. They offered a refund last week but nothing has come through. Terrible customer services and now I'm worried I'm not going to be refunded. Don't shop at this store.

Some very cool items at great prices. Quick delivery. **Originally rated HUH 5 stars for their products but I have since tried to return some products and have not had a refund submitted after 2 weeks. I've also emailed for an update twice and have recieved no response 8 days after my original email. Also, their email offer of £5 gift voucher for a review is lies - I receieved no gift voucher for my initial review. Good store let down but poor customer service.

I ordered a bag in May. It has still not been delivered (now July). I received no update from HUH store, I had to contact them to ask where it was and I have had to chase them repeatedly and 6 weeks later I have still not received the product. The customer service has been terrible and the goods paid for have not been received. Reading other reviews this is a common occurrence and this company appears to me to be a scam. Do not purchase goods from this store.

Worst service ever. 3 items delivered and 1 not. Months of emails and promises that it would be in stock this week. Finally asked for a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered 27 May. Did not arrive. Finally had response 12 June saying would be dispatched in 4-5 days. Did not arrive. Ordered items are still showing on website to order currently. THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE WEBSITE.

I placed my order over 3 weeks ago, all items showed as being in stock on the website, but despite the 3-5 day delivery window, i have not received any of my items. After emailing twice I was told my items would be shipped last week, via a next day delivery service, but I have still not received anything. Website delivery times are not honoured and the onus is on the customer to follow up on orders that haven’t been sent out. I have now had to send another email to chase my order and I am currently having to wait another 5 working days for a reply. I feel like I’ve been ripped off and there is no attempt by the store to get in touch and explain why they haven’t sent out orders that have been paid for by the customer. Reading other reviews it looks like this is a common theme, and I am very sceptical of the positive reviews, as what I am currently experiencing is frustrating and stressful, i feel like i have been conned out of my money. The store sells decent brands but the customer service feels non existent. I would like my items, and I am hoping that the owner will read this and send out my order, as I can’t believe that they would want to continue to treat customers in this way.

Ordered a hoodie on 6 June. Still hasn’t been dispatched. Sent several emails to the store and getting no response. At this rate, I think I have actually been robbed.

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received regarding my order placed on the 29th of April. Despite understanding the initial delay, I requested to cancel the order on the 29th of May due to the extended wait time. I received no response to this request. The item was eventually delivered, but it arrived too late as I had already purchased the same item elsewhere. I then contacted the company again to request a refund for the postage of returning the item, but once again, I received no response. I returned the item, which the company received on the 18th of June, and I did not receive any communication regarding my refund. The lack of communication and the delay in processing my request have been extremely frustrating. When I finally received a response after expressing my disappointment, the company only informed me of when I would be refunded for the item. There was no apology or acknowledgement of the situation and did not offer to cover the cost of the return postage. I urge potential customers to think twice before making a purchase, as the customer service is appallingly slow and unresponsive. I am still waiting for my refund and will not be shopping here again.

Placed an order and items never came. When I contacted the store, they promised they’d be dispatched that week which they weren’t. The following email promised the same - until they stopped replying to my emails. £70 lost..

Delivery took 3 months for an item that was in stock online. Wrote in to cancel after 3 months of non delivery and they then sent it next day... extremely poor.

I purchased a jumper with HUH on 18 May with a 4 day delivery. Its now the 20 June and I have not received anything. I've sent multiple emails to the contact email and am just getting ignored.

Slow delivery of items which were then split up into 2 separate orders even when website said in stock. Very unhappy with the returns side of things. Firstly you have to pay to return an item. Secondly I’ve returned an item over a week ago and had no acknowledgment it’s been returned. Zero communication from HUH and still waiting for refund.
