BUYER BEWARE!! - returned clothing to these guys over 3 weeks ago. Still no refund. Impossible to contact them. Small Claims Court will be my only option

Still waiting for goods ordered and paid for almost 7 weeks ago . Terrible customer service . One email received in that time stating goods would be dispatched, again they were not . Do not bother with this company . Terrible communication and still no goods , is that theft ?

Order was over 2 weeks late. Jacket too big so sent back for refund as advised by retailer in plenty of time. HUH stopped corresponding with me as soon as I provided proof of return delivery - photographic evidence and signed for by HUH and Royal Mail tracking number as requested by HUH.

Despite multiple emails and correspondence I had no clear updates on my order delivery date. Upon asking for a refund over a month ago I have also yet to receive a refund. I believe this a fraudulant company and would warn anyone from ever shopping with Huh.ltd

Don’t buy from this store. 3 weeks since my order, try to cancel and just get ignored. Impossible to contact. Happy to keep your cash and ignore you. Worst online clothing store I’ve had to deal with, never again.

I placed 2 orders on the 17th and 19th of May. The order that was placed on the 17th, I received on the 4th of June. The order I placed on the 19th of May, I am still waiting on, nearly a month later. Both times I have had to send an email to chase them. Extremely disappointing.

Shocking costumer service. Held our money for 5 months without sending the cabinet we ordered, or even updating us, and in the end we had to go through our credit card company to get a refund. Details: Ordered a cabinet that mentioned 3-6 week delivery on October 30th. Still no cabinet on January 8th so I emailed. Received a reply on January 12th saying the stock was not in the warehouse and he would chase it up and message back. No reply back. Emailed again March 20. No reply. Contacted our credit card company and got a refund.

No service at all. Ordered a Woodstock trinket at the beginning to May, payment taken straight away. Still not received, emailed Huh on 26th May - still no response, item or refund. Very frustrating.

Really poor service - item not marked as out of stock, no proactive communication about delays to delivery. I have chased up multiple times to no reply. Currently awaiting a refund.

Terrible communication and service. Was not informed item was out of stock at point of order not for a further week despite delivery due date passing. Raised two queries over two weeks ago, still haven’t had a reply. Will not use again.

Awful. Contacted several times regarding refund(s) on their website's contact form. No response. Had to wait 3 weeks for an order to be fulfilled. No confirmation that the refund has been processed, and still awaiting a resopnse. Any chance?

My order took weeks to arrive even though I had no notification it was out of stock. I asked for a refund of shipping as compensation but this request was ignored.

Still waiting for my product to arrive. Was order nearly a month ago, email received to say the item wasn't in stock to which I replied that should be stated on website. I've given up hope of reviewing item tbh.

Terrible experience. I ordered a Carhartt WIP T-shirt on 2 May. After a week I messaged to see when it would be delivered as it was a gift. I was told they hadn’t received the stock from their supplier (yet they’re selling it online). The T-shirts are now marked as out of stock and they’re not responding to emails requesting a refund!!! Really shocking service.

Item wasn't delivered until 3 months post order, very little communication, support terminated my tickets at one point without addressing them. Really poor customer service, won't be shopping here again.

Ordered a Caarhart hoodie 1st May with delivery quoted 9th May. We’re now at 16th May and it turns out the product wasn’t in stock in the first place. I’ve emailed Jack three times now asking to cancel the order and to give me a refund, I’ve yet to receive a reply. I’m beginning to think this is a scam.
