Really disappointed with this company! After purchasing my partner a pair of carharrt trousers that unfortunately were too large I returned them 10 working days ago & still haven’t received my refund!? Limited emails & no reply to my last email for 6days so I’ve now had to take out a claim through PayPal! Really disappointed as thought I’d support a small business but wouldn’t purchase from them again!

Terrible! Ordered an item that should have been delivered in ‘2-4 days’. Waited months, replies to my emails were slow and vague on when I could expect to receive it. After being told several times it would be with me ‘within 2 weeks’ etc. over about a 4 month period I had to give up and ask for a refund. Shame because it seems like a lovely store, but a really poor service.

I had ordered an item that stated there was two pieces left in stock and a week had gone by with no shipping confirmation which they had then said there was a stock issue. They said that a full refund would be processed or I could exchange it, I had asked for a refund and I had to then ask how long that would take and my emails have been ignored.

I ordered my bag on 26th April with my projected delivery date between 30th April and 2nd May. It is now 2nd May and my bag hasn't even been dispatched yet and my emails haven't been answered. Avoid this site at all costs.

HUH store acknowledged receipt of my return and to date have never returned my money. I was advised that a pending dispute on my PayPal was preventing them from processing the refund and a told to close the case for a refund to be issued the same day. Since then, I have been completely ignored.

Paid for next day delivery for two items, first item arrived a week after ordering (and after I had asked for an update), second item was refunded as it was never in stock in the first place. Would only receive updates after I'd send emails asking about the status of my items. Not impressed.

Not refunded for item never received. I am appalled with the service from a well reputable store. We are waiting for a refund since Nov 2023 - multiple emails have been sent and we just get ignored. It seems this is a known issue within the company with multiple clients facing the same issue, if anyone has any insight into how to get this resolved quickly that would be helpful. At this point it feels like theft and we have reached out to the ombudsman for further advice.

So apparently the store delivered late. And when the store try deliver my goods it came with a noticeable scratch in the seal. I message the staff and he claimed he can’t see it and ask for me to highlight which I did but till this day there was no response. Save yourself by ordering from the brand or other stores.

Hi Rachanon, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately the mark on the popper is so minimal and unnoticeable this would not be classed as damaged or a fault, as shown in the attached photo. It’s been 3 months since I returned an item and I’m still waiting on the refund. This company is a joke and I’d only recommend using them if you enjoy being robbed.

Bought a coffee table in October 2023 that said it would be delivered in 6 weeks. Didn't come at all and zero contact. I must have sent 20 emails that mostly got ignored, didn't get resolved until March ‘24 when I asked for a refund. Which also took a month to get any feedback. Awful customer service, just ignore you and then gaslight you when you do get a response.

I never leave reviews for anything, but feel that I should make an exception to warn others about this retailer. Ordered a pair of trousers in January. Several times I checked on the progress, with the store citing supplier issues as the reason for the delay. Saw the trousers on the website in April, which then sold out again. Store still had my money. The store ignored me when I pointed out that the trousers were in stock and were still not sent to me. Had to have a refund after the store had held my money for four months and had not fulfilled my order.

Honestly, don't waste your precious time ordering from these guys. They don't provide any assistance or respond to your inquiries about your order. I placed an order for Carhartt pants on March 25th, and it's been almost 2 weeks without any updates or replies to my emails or messages on their Instagram business account. I received an email stating that the delivery couldn't be made by Royal Mail due to an error in the shipment details, which was my mistake. When I reached out to a person named Jack through email, they mentioned that I would have to pay for the shipment costs again. However, I have doubts that they even attempted to deliver the package. It's quite shocking. I'm still waiting for my trousers, and needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again. Based on other reviews, it seems like many others are facing similar issues with this store.

I’m really concerned now that my order hasn’t arrived 3 months later and I’m being given the same excuses every time that frankly now appear in believable. I’m now going to attempt a refund as worried there’s more to this than meets the eye - judging by other reviews of missing items

I have been waiting for my order since November 2023, it was not clear when I purchased it that the item was out of stock and there was a wait on it. I was initially very understanding as I want to support an indie business but I have now asked for a refund but the last few emails I have sent have been ignored. Upon investigation this is happening to lots of other customers too and reviews are being deleted. Do not buy from this store they are not to be trusted.

I found the items arrived quickly, which was great. BUT when I returned one of them, via tracked delivery, there was no response from the company at all. Still waiting 2.5 weeks later. No reply to email.

Super slow to replying to emails. Haven’t had any communication about my return and it seems like won’t be getting my money back even though I followed all of the correct steps and know that the return has been deliver back really disappointing from a store that I thought was really cool and selling cool pieces won’t be buying from here again
