No order arrived, no communication about why, no response to my enquiry for weeks. Eventually found out there was no stock. Agreed to cancel my order and give me a refund… waited the 3-10 business days I was told for the money to be in my account… now day 12 and still no money. And guess what… no response to my enquiry again! To note… I ordered the same items elsewhere cheaper!!

Awful company received item but had to send back still waiting for refund 9 weeks later numerous emails sent but not replied to have took it up with my bank sick of waiting .please AVOID

Ordered a product on 6 July, was told I'd get it by 12 July. 12 August and I'm still waiting for any kind of response or the product.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - TERRIBLE COMMINICATION - NO REFUND. Delivery was late so missed taking a backpack I ordered specifically for a holiday. Returned from holiday and returned the item, have waited over 3 MONTHS for HUH to return my money and no response. Will NEVER use again.

Such poor service - a joke! I ordered a weekend bag on Tuesday last week. Delivery stated 2-4 days. It was for my girlfriend’s birthday (Wed this week). There has been zero communication after the initial ‘receipt of order’ and the funds leaving my account. No bag or any further communication received. Your company also have not replied to my email enquiring about the order. Beyond poor.

Bought a shirt and returned it about 6 weeks ago no refund has been issued sent email .Jack replied on 16th july and asked for proof of return I replied to his email on 16th July with proof and ref number same day and still am waiting for reply. Please could someone sort this out for me. Order number 124259 ordered 21st June Request number with jack is 64368

You haven’t replied in months. I have mailed several times with week in between You have my money I want it back. On a product you can’t send because you don’t have it, yet still selling in my size on site it feels like a scam. Other review sites and your on fb are full of similar stories. Reply and refund. I asked about buying something from a friends account. Reply same day. Refund no reply in months

I returned a pair of jeans as received on my own expense and never received the refund for it even after multiple emails to them. They never bothered to respond to me after a few responses. Don’t expect a refund if you are returning an item. To put it simply, horrible customer service.

Zero customer service, and zero any service for that matter. Took money for order immediately, missed the expected delivery date, ignored all emails (besides one seemingly automated reply.) Getting onto three weeks since ordered, two weeks past expected delivery, and no sign of anything being sent. Really disappointing stuff.

Do not buy from this store unless you want to wait weeks and weeks for your item to be delivered. My order was delivered 5 weeks late with barely any communication from the seller. The package took so long to arrive that I had moved house...a change of address was confirmed by the seller, but this was ignored and the package delivered to a house I no longer live in. I now do not have my order and I am being ignored by the seller. AVOID.

Goods ordered 6 June, delivery stated 2-4 days for Peanuts merchandise. Payment cleared via Shop from my credit card, yet nothing received, 1st email received confirmation that goods would be received within a week of 24th June - nothing still by 6th July. Two subsequent emails not responded to. Now raised a dispute via credit card company. Won't order again. No excuse for non-communication.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I sent part of my order back in June to exchange for a larger size. No contact despite repeated requests to send my replacement item. Also in the interim, placed another order for snoopy items and still haven’t received them, no response from customer support whatsoever. They now owe me money but don’t see fit to respond

Paid for a pair of espresso mugs with next day delivery. After four days of no contact and no mugs, I emailed to ask for a cancellation of my order. I paid for a service that was unfulfilled by Huh. Got an email from Jack who completely ignored my request and said there was a delay with getting hold of the mugs but that they hoped to send it the next week (7 days after I needed it). Over a week later, several emails chasing-no reply to my emails and no product. A company who is happy to take your money even when they can’t fulfill it as they don’t have stock. Beware of buying if you need something for a certain date. They will happily take your money and not fulfill their part.

I submitted an order 2 weeks ago. Despite constant chasing, have had no reply or updated. Most likely a scam company. Avoid like the plague. Am talking with my bank about fraud.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Order 4 items which were all in stock as per their website. The items have arrived individually over the course of 2 months. All items didn't fit so have had to send these back as individual items at my own expense. All items have now been returned and my refund has not been processed after several weeks. I have sent over 15 emails chasing them and they keep choosing to ignore me. They have essentially stolen money from me. I have opened a case with my bank for fraud to try and recover the money. NEVER order from this thief.
