Utterly woeful experience, do not shop here. Ordered a Tshirt at the start of June and yet to receive it. No contact number to speak to someone at Huh and they do not respond to emails. They still have my money despite requesting a refund, and refuse to acknowledge my complaint. Pretty fraudulent behaviour so please avoid! It appears they have very little in stock but are more than happy to take your money. They have just responded to this message claiming they have refunded me. This is a lie. I do not have my money and have no confirmation of the refund. They have asked me to change my review though, how ironic.

I can’t change my review as my issue has not been resolved. Please contact me and let me know what’s happening. I have not received items. I have sent numerous emails and have had no response. Still awaiting reply as I have no idea what’s going on and why I’ve paid for items I don’t have.

I wish I had seen all these reviews first before I ordered! I ordered a lamp for a friends birthday. The money went out straight away of course and I paid extra for next day delivery . 1 week later and the item still hasnt arrived and the birthday has passed so I had to go out and buy something else. Now the item still hasnt been shipped and I am chasing for a full refund. Fingers crossed but judging by other reviews I have zero chance of getting my £83.45 returned . Really disappointing

I ordered the Peanuts Mug back at the beginning of August expecting delivery on the 8th August. Despite my request to cancel the order as this was a gift this still hasn’t happened. Looking at the reviews this is how this business operates. Please refund my money!!

Sold something they didn’t have in stock. Initially to be delivered at the start of August, nothing arrived, no update on the shipping page, finally responded to many emails to say it would be another 5 business days before it would arrive, waited, nothing arrived, contacted twice, eventually got a response, spelling mistakes and all, with no apology just saying they could let me know when it’s back in stock. Arrogant. Terrible customer service. Just Impressively bad. …Item is still showing you can buy it for next day delivery.

It was simply an awful experience. Extremely poor customer care. I'll never purchase from them again. I ordered the products on August 1st, and they were available on the website. Delivery was 4-6 days. I contacted them the first time on August 8th about not receiving the products; they replied on the 12th that the products needed to be reassorted and would have been shipped the following week with next-day delivery, but I didn't get anything; they didn't deliver anything. I contacted them on the 24th, and they had not received the products at the warehouse yet, so they offered a refund. I requested a refund on the 28th of August, but they have never returned or replied. They were ignoring me. I ended up getting a refund from PayPal, which was the only thing I had done right. After providing all screenshots of emails and describing how they acted, I got the refund in a few minutes.

I placed an order on 4th August and the delivery was due in 2-4days. I am still waiting for my order 4 weeks later. I have emailed customer service 3 times with no response. AVOID THIS SELLER!

Ordered goods over 2 months ago...just promise to send them "within a week" and don't After ignoring me for ages, I wrote this review and they emailed me within minutes asking me to change it as they "sorted" the issue by finally refunding me. Absolutely outrageous...horrific customer service...avoid.

Parcel arrived 15days later after i payed for next day. I had to contact HUH to see where my parcel was. Ive then returned parcel and have not recived a refund it has now been 3 months and still Nothing. Disappointing as the compainy has good reviews. Received emails back form Jack store owner that my parcel had arrived back with them and that was it nothing els i have heard. Terrible customer service

Ordered a snoopy pin back in early June, still haven’t received it, I have had to chase the order but just get met with a sorry it’s delayed response despite HUH clearly knowing their is a delay & haven’t reached out to customers to keep them informed.

Ordered a Rains jacket which never arrived. After contacting them I was told they were waiting on a delivery themselves. After weeks of waiting I requested a full refund as I still hadn’t received the item. I requested the refund in June and I STILL haven’t received my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Terrible customer service.

Order was not in stock despite showing availability on the website. I had to contact them to find out where my parcel was after the postage time had passed. Requested a refund but have so far been ignored.

Joke of a company! They sell items on their website which are out of stock, don't tell you about this then ignore your emails. Avoid at all costs

I ordered something in March, had an email a couple of weeks later saying it was delayed. I have still not received my order in August. I have emailed several times and after the first time when I got an apology email saying again that the order was delayed, I’ve not had a response at all. I paid back in March so that’s 5 months with no order, no refund and no communication.
