“The customer service here is awful. I ordered a Carhartt rucksack on the 3rd June 2025, it is now the 1st September 2025 and we have not received the order or been able to get in touch with anyone at HUH to sort this situation out. They have said 4 times now, 'it will be delivered in 2 weeks' and I have received nothing. No one has helped us, I have been left in the dark completely. Please do not order from this store.”

“Appalling service. Place an order almost a month ago, immediately told it would take them 7-10 business days to despatch. Emailed multiple times and they won’t even get back to me. Have even asked for a full refund and no response.”

“I have ordered from HUH before and had no issues, this latest order is a different story. I have now been waiting since march and still not received my items. I had an email saying it would be delayed, but then every time I chase I get fobbed off further. You shouldn't be selling things that you do not have in stock. I am not sure what has happened, but would not order from them again. I see they have a great sale on, but just can't trust them. I am now waiting on my refund, it's been 20 days and still nothing yet.”

“I placed an order back in April and received communication to inform me of a delay in sourcing the goods. I then heard nothing and had to chase up over and over. A refund was finally offered as the goods still hadn’t materialised. I have had to chase this up too. By the end of August I have neither received my goods, received a refund or had any non-automated communication. I would avoid buying anything from this site if this is their customer care.”

“Same as everyone else - ordered a bag weeks ago, keep trying to contact the company but get auto replies to everything. Crazy to me how they're still taking new orders. I keep asking them to call me, I keep getting the same automated response. I don't know what else to do. at this stage, I just want my money back.”

“Customer service is shocking waiting months for replies and for them to complete the request. Waited 6 months for a parcel to even be dispatched and asked weekly when it would be dispatched. All they could say was it would be with me in 2 weeks. After I cancelled the order I was expecting a refund with in the time they specified. Still waiting for said refund 2 months on. Try raising the issue again through their only method of contacting them and still waiting for even an email back.”

“I’m still waiting for my order which I ordered over 2 weeks ago. The responses I’ve been getting via email are automated and are not answering my questions in any way. I’m unsure what else to do apart from progress this to the ombudsman as I have no product and no money. Absolutely avoid this website at all costs, it’s terrible and terrible customer communication.”

“Please think very carefully before you purchase from this company. I purchased an item in good faith for my sons birthday in June this year. I was told there was a delay on the item which was fine but the item never arrived as of 27 August 2025 and I have recieved no further communication/updates on the item. I emailed my concern and was told it should arrive, it didn't arrive. I then requested a refund on the 8 August, I was given a generic email about where to track my order with no acknolwedgement of me wanting a refund or acknolwedgement of the below par service. I then further clarified I wanted a refund and was sent an email by a person in the company called Jack confirming the refund saying it would take 3-10 working days yet still no refund in my bank account to date. I then sent another email writing about my huge disappointment and absolutely no response therefore having to escalate. Please be cuatious when ordering from this company”
