“Would not buy from here - 3 months since ordering, I have not received the item and still no refund! Trust pilot reviews confirm this is a common experience. What a disappointment especially as bought the item as a gift.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I made an order and paid for next day delivery, 3 days later I still had not received my order. Told there was a backlog, which I understand. . But should notoffer next day delivery if they know they can't fulfil this. Ended up cancelling my order as I had to wait so long, nearly a month on I am still waiting for my refund. Customer service is shocking, have never even received any kind of answer or an apology. Very frustrating there is no number to call and speak to a human rather than having to wait 2 days each time I email. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!”

“I ordered my items on August 4th. I have emailed the team who have then responded with another automated email to tell me it’ll be another 7-10 working days. Absolute poor customer service. Items haven’t even been sorted!”

“Probably the worst experience I’ve had has a consumer having paid for an item that was delivered late with parts missing making it useable. When replacement parts were ordered but never arrived; I was then offered to returned the item to them and was never refunded for the costly item. Replies back to my emails took on average 5 weeks and replies stopped entirely when chasing for my refund. I certainly wouldn’t trust this business with my money and only came back to this site as I wondered if the business still operated.”

“Huh Store have been a total disgrace! I ordered a pair of short mid June and the shorts never arrived! I then asked for a refund in mid July and I am yet to receive any money back. The lack of communication and clarity around my order and my refund has been nothing short of a disgrace and I am still yet to receive a penny back. It would be great is a member of the team could contact me asap to resolve this matter.”

“Ordered a parcel on the 7th of July and still haven’t received anything. Every time I email about it I just get the same copy and paste not message. Clearly a scam as all comments are turned off on insta too and no way to speak to an actual person. Avoid at all costs!!!”

“Would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t risk buying from here. I placed an order 1st June, it’s now 13th August and the item has not arrived, nor have I been refunded. 2 weeks after I ordered they emailed to say there would be a delay, since then there have been no updates - nearly 2 months and no response from them. No surprise they have turned off commenting on their Instagram posts, can only assume I’m not the only person to have experienced this. Placed an order to treat myself and now it seems like that’s money I’ll never see again.”

“Poor service. Opted for 'Next Day delivery' but unfullfilled. Emailed customer service to query, told the service is unavailable, excess fee will be refunded and replaced with standard delivery. 7 business days have passed, neither refund nor dispatch is updated. Live chat not available on website even though being communicated in their order update.”
