“I placed my order for a bag on the 28th of July, within 2 days of placing this order the status had been updated to a delay in dispatch which explained my goods will be delivered in 7-10 business days. It is now 2 days short of being a month since I placed my order, with numerous emails sent with no reply I have no way to turn. this company is a shambles, if I could rate this company a 0 I would..... DO NOT USE”

“Company uses illegal trading practices. Using BAITING on many products such as Carhartt jeans. Company will not deliver the product and will hold your money for months.”

“I’ve been waiting 2 and a half months for a delivery. Recently requested a refund and they are taking ages to process that too. Do not order from here unless you want your item to not arrive and you want to unhelpful responses from their customer service”

“If there was an option for 0 stars I would choose that. Bought two jackets in different sizes back in May. Have never received one of them. Asked for a refund on multiple occasions and either keep getting ignored or sent a generic response to say sorry they’re having stock issues and the item would be received in 7-14 days. STILL WAITING. over £120 out of pocket and no cost to speak of. Shocking company”

“Complete scam. I ordered a tshirt for Father’s Day which never arrived. I’ve been in touch with them multiple times, only to receive false tracking details & no information of any use. Now having to go through the bank to get my money back. Please save your money & avoid.”

“Ordered some jeans but was told the delivery was delayed. At first, very good responses to emails and updates. But in the end, the reply’s got slower to the point they were non existent, at least they did one thing quick which was give me a refund after I requested it (2 months after the order). If the price of product seems to good to be true, trust me it is with HUH store as you won’t get your product.”

“Ordered a pair of shorts on the 5th of this month, I had no information until I asked , just got a generic reply with no answers to my questions. Still no updates and still no shorts. A good price but worthless if you don’t receive it. Disappointed”

“Ive payed for next day delivery on an order and we’re coming up to a week and Ive not even been sent a delivery confirmation. Sent an email to ask about this and got two emails back which just apologised for the delay in responding to the email. No response to my questions or about the order. Shocking service.”
