“Absolutely shocking service. Taken 16 (working) days to get a refund, chased several times before refund issued. Sent back two other items at the same time & still waiting for refund on these. Will certainly not use again.”

“Over 3 months later, I still can’t get my order or refund, I’m taking this to my lawyer is they don’t reply to me in the next day or so. It’s ridiculous.”

“Poor service. There was a delay to my item which I had to chase the company for information on. Customer service was very slow to respond. Still waiting on a refund for the item nearly 6 weeks after ordering. Needs to do better.”

“I ordered a sweater on February 21st (order number shared with owner by email). On 27th February, 6 days after the purchase, you stated there was a further 7-10 business day delay with shipping. On 7th March you stated I had cancelled the order - which was not true. On 17th March you replied to state you still had the order in place. But not when you would ship it. Today is March 25th, 22 business days after the initial purchase, and 17 days after the shared shipping delay. HUH is still accepting orders on the website for this item up to today. Where is my item?”

“AVOID. Absolutely appalling service, and even worse customer support. Delay after delay on my order, and I’ve had to send multiple emails to get a single reply. Order placed on the 15th of Jan, no sign of product or refund STILL. My order was finally ‘canceled’ on the 7th of March, it’s now the 23rd and I still haven’t received the refund. Do not order from this site, unless you want to be scammed.”
