“Terrible Service – Avoid! Placed an order two weeks ago as a birthday gift, with delivery stated as 3-5 days. It still hasn’t arrived, and I’ve had zero updates. Customer service is completely unresponsive—no replies to emails, no updates on my order status. This is beyond frustrating. I’ll be escalating the issue further and won’t be ordering from them again. Avoid if you actually want your items to arrive!”

“I ordered a bag on the 15th of January for my partner to take on a Norway trip (which he is now on). I received 2 emails to say it has been delayed further. I decided to email them (like they suggested within the delayed notification) on the 11th of Feb to request a refund but I have heard nothing from them since, despite their automated email saying they would respond within 1-2 business days. They also state they have a live chat available between 9-5pm - I cannot find this for the life of me.”

“Shocking customer service. Placed an order during the first week of January which was supposed to be delivered in 5 working days. Still not received the item and no longer getting any update or response from customer service.”

“Appalling service . Delivery delayed by 2 weeks . No reason given . Made the mistake of placing a second order - same thing . 2 week delay . Raise and issue with them and told they will respond in 1-2 days . A week later still no response . Would never use the company again. Raised dispute with credit card company for a refund . Given up on huh store - rubbish”

“I ordered a several items of clothing in December and returned the order well within the 14 day return period. It's now been over a month since my order was delivered to HUH and I haven't received a refund. I've contacted the shop a number of times, receiving a vague repose to my first email. I've had no further response to my follow up emails. I've ordered several times from from HUH in the past and have previously been happy with my order but this is the first time I've tried to make a return.”

“Order never arrived - delays cited then refund promised. Six weeks from ordering I have neither the item nor my money back - wish I'd checked the reviews here and on trust pilot before ordering, I'd have gone elsewhere. Avoid”

“I would give a zero if I could, ordered a jumper on the 17th December, was never delivered, I had to email myself to ask where it was and was told there was delay with stock and it would be delivered within two weeks, two weeks later I had to email again to ask where my order was and I was told I would get a refund, it’s now the 15th February and I still haven’t received my refund”

“Ordered a hoodie for my son 25 January, had the dreaded email saying 7 to 10 day delay two days later, Recieved no further update despite emailing twice. Would not recommend this website, had I read reviews first would not have ordered. Will give another week then will ask for a refund which I don't expect to get so will then start chargeback process. This company are selling items they don't actually have sadly.”

“I ordered an item as a Christmas present on 20.12.2024 and paid for express delivery. I received no communication after this until late January saying it was due to be dispatched. I contacted the store to say not to deliver it and to remove the express delivery cost. They sent it anyway. I contacted 3 further times to try to recover the delivery cost. There is no phone number and my emails went unanswered. I would not recommend this untrustworthy business at all. Avoid at all costs.”

“I ordered Carhartt tops in December. Was told that there was a delay in delivery twice. I have requested a refund, which they have responded on the 5th Feb to say it could take between 3-10 days (why!?) but as of yet still no refund. I’m greatly disappointed as I want to like this company but they are making it challenging to do so!”

“Seems like HUH. Store like to take your money then send you a ‘sorry your delivery has been delayed by ten days’ email. No response from repeated emails to them, no goods and no refund. Very poor.”

“Terrible experience with ordering from this store. They put items on sale that they don’t have in stock, they send you 1 email telling you the order is delayed for 1 week and then turns out to be 3 weeks. Asked for a refund and zero replies from them after sending over 4 emails. DON'T BUY FROM HERE.”

“Absolute joke of a company. Ordered 2 sweaters 3 weeks before Christmas. Only got 1 end of January! They put items on sale that they don’t have in stock then make you wait for weeks on end to get a refund. AVOID! Will definitely not be shopping with them again.”

“It’s hilarious that I’m writing a review before I’ve even received my order. I ordered a T-shirt on 17rh Jan 2025 and still haven’t received it! I did get an email to say it was delayed but this is ridiculous. Delivery from overseas doesn’t even take this long and yet here we are…”

“Don’t order from here. I ordered a Carhartt fleece and it wasn’t actually in stock. After waiting approx. 1 month I decided to cancel my order and asked for a refund. The refund was confirmed, but then not processed for another 9 days. When I queried this I was ignored. I still haven’t received my refund as it stands. The company is ran by cowboys.”
