It has now been a month since I ordered. Initially was told of a 2 week delay, then no further correspondence. I only got a response from them following previous review on Trustpilot advising I could request refund. It has not been a week since I requested this and no further correspondence from them once again. This was due to be a Christmas present, so very disappointed in their poor customer service. Avoid at all costs. Order #132563

I had an order cancelled and haven't received refund despite contacting huh. Have sent emails to no avail. This is for an order placed in November!

If I could give no stars I would. PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from this company. Ordered a coat which didn’t arrive so emailed the company. Said I could cancel order and get refund as unsure when would come into the warehouse. Cancelled order 17Dec still waiting on refund. Now not responding to my emails.

Sadly, this is the second time I have been urged to cancel due to stocking issues. When I placed my order on line, on each occasion (in the last few months three pairs of trousers, two different orders) they were indicated as being in stock. I would not waste my time ordering something not in stock and risk forgetting about them if they never turned up. I have to ask if this is a business ploy? Get people to place orders with you regardless of whether you really have the items or not in the hope that you can get supply from the manufacturers in the meantime? I hope someone is looking at your business model because change is needed; I can not imagine ever ordering from Huh again, too much hassle, too unreliable.

I ordered a Christmas present during the Black Friday sale, it arrived Jan 8th. Which I wasn’t happy about obviously. There was no apology and the communication about the order was poor.

I ordered a tshirt on 4th Dec for a Xmas present. After 2 weeks I had to chase and I was advised they didn’t have the item in stock. It’s 12th Jan now, I’ve not received the item, nor a refund, nor any sort of adequate response from them. They take days to reply to chases, don’t apologise, and feed me the same excuses every time. Order from here at your own risk! They are a shocking company.

Ordered a top on 8 dec which was in stock, day after order got email saying it was on back order. 3 emails asking for a refund and nothing, they didn’t provide one. Top I ordered was then discounted in the sale. Arrive out of the blue on 8 Jan.. 1 month after order. No apology, no refund, no communication. Customer service is the worst and still eating on a refund on the sale price. Shocking.

Ordered on 19th December and paid £7 for next day delivery. The order has still not been dispatched. The reason behind this is because they’re closed between 23rd December to 5th January. Absolutely disgusting.

Very poor. Order placed for 2 cups in early November. Told shortly after that there was a delay and I’d receive them in 7-10 days. This would’ve been ok as still in time for Christmas however no sign of delivery. No info from company until I chased them up. Eventually one cup arrived mid December and another in a substituted colour in January.

I ordered a carhart sweatshirt on the 4/12/24 told there was a delay on the 6/12/24 I emailed asking if it would be here in time for Christmas on the 19/12/24 told they couldn’t give me a delivery date so I asked for a refund on the 28/12/24 o was told I would get a refund between 3-10 business days it is now the 9/1/25 and I am still waiting for my refund. I beginning to agree with the other reviews in that I have been scammed.

Appalling service and utter refusal to respond coherently to my emails. I bought a bag and paid extra for express postage in order to receive it by Christmas, but then got an email saying it was delayed and HUH would refund the express postage payment and I should email them if I wanted to cancel the order. So I emailed to say I wanted to cancel the order and I just got an automatic reply directing me to the FAQs. I have still not had a proper response, and I am £77.95 out of pocket. Disgraceful service and I would recommend everyone to avoid dealing with this terrible store.

I ordered a bag. The bag did not come and I received an email stating that it would be delayed. However the delay went on longer than advised. I therefore contacted Huh. They took a very long time to respond but when they did they said that I could cancel my order so I cancelled and I ordered elsewhere. About six weeks after I placed my order it arrived! Despite my cancelling it. I contacted huh again who again took a very long time to respond and told me to return the bag that I had cancelled. I did this and requested a refund for the postage as I had cancelled the order. To date I am still waiting for a response. So extremely poor slow customer service, product not received then received when cancelled, currently still awaiting a refund. Cannot recommend

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I wouldn’t even give 1 star, but had to, to write my review. I ordered a bag on 24/11-cancelled the order after paying for quick delivery & repeatedly being told the product was delayed. Despite numerous messages, we still don’t have a refund & have opened a case with our credit card.

I ordered a Christmas gift on 12th December- I was then told a couple of days later that it would be delayed by 7-10 working days. I contacted to find out what the delay was- not to be given any reason and to be told there was potential it will arrive on time for Christmas- although not guaranteed. I did request for my shipping to be refunded, which it was- without issue. It is now 30th December and still nothing has arrived. I haven’t even had any updates- which I think is really poor customer service. I have sent 2 further enquiries, to get an idea of when I can expect the item but I still have not heard a thing. I don’t really mind the delay but the lack of communication is unacceptable. It’s such a shame because the store sells really lovely things. However, once I eventually receive the item- I will not be shopping again.

Ordered a Carhartt fleece for my husband on 29th November, kept getting robbed off with emails explaining there’s been an issue with delivery of the product. This has not only ruined Christmas but also left my husband without a gift. 28th December and still no product. Apparently the warehouse isn’t open until 6th January so they give an update on the status of the delivery/product whereabouts. I have now requested for a full refund to be processed immediately. I will definitely not be using HUH store in the immediate future.

Ordered and paid for item on 8th December, received an email 3 days later saying the dispatch is delayed by 7-10 days, emailed them to check on progress and got a woolly response, received another email a few days later offering a refund but it "might" still be delivered, didn't arrive before Christmas (it was a gift for my son). I then asked for a refund which they confirmed. When I looked online to re-purchase the item it was still available on HUH's website and was even discounted further! Have now purchased from a reputable retailer. I would have liked to leave no stars but there isn't the option. Hopefully others will see these reviews before ordering from this company - I wish I had

Ordered one the 1st December and a few days later had an email saying it would be delayed by up to 10 days. Still haven’t had my order or any updates even though I’ve emailed and messaged on Instagram. Hopefully will get a refund.

Ordered and paid for item on 10th December. Received email to say it was delayed and would be the standard 7-10 day delay. Despite emailing 3 times for update no response and still no item. I have requested to cancel the order but still no response! Don’t buy from this company.

This platform appeared trustworthy, but after I made my investment, I was unable to access my funds, and all communication with their support team was cut off.
