“Item took over a month to receive, do not used this website!!”

“If I could give this “shop” 0 stars I would. I ordered two t shirts before Christmas and they still haven’t been delivered. I’m told it’s due to stock despite the t-shirts still being available for sale online?? I’ve barely been given an apology and I will never shop here again. I’ve waited now over 4 weeks for delivery - it’s absolutely shocking”

“Item never arrived, no response to emails, having to force a refund through PayPal. After reading many genuine (negative) reviews on Trust Pilot, I can only assume the positive ones on here are paid for. Have sent details for the transaction to Trading Standards as it seems advertising and selling stock it doesn't have is standard practice for HUH. Avoid.”

“I ordered on the 26th of November. £128 I spent it’s been over 2 months this is absolutely dreadful. I asked to have it cancelled and refunded twice and never heard anything back. I then had an email saying it would be dispatched and at my address within 4-5 business days. that was weeks ago. This is absolutely terrible service. I dont mind now wether it’s refunded or the item is sent to me but I’d like either one to happen soon. £128 has come out of my account and I have nothing to show for it for over 2 months.”

“Extremely disappointing shopping experience with Huh. I placed my order on 12/12, short delivery started. 17/12 I received a message to say deliver would be 7-10 days as there was a delay. Over 6 weeks after placing my order I finally receive my order after having to chase. No message back to apologise, nothing just stated on page my item was Dispatched. Does that mean if I hadn’t chased I would never of received the order? Very poor service”

“Useless, ordered an in stock Hat as a Christmas present. Once purchased was told it would be delayed so I requested a cancellation and refund which was agreed. Nearly 6 weeks of chasing and no refund. Terrible communication. Avoid like the plague”

“Ordered on 11th January, money taken from account and still no delivery. I had a dispatch delay email on 14th January. We are now on 24th January and no update has been provided. I have tried contacting the store through various channels and I have not received any response. Won't be ordering again any time soon.”

“Ordered an item on 14/11 - was told there would be a 10 day delay on shipping. Item never arrived. Asked for a refund on 28/12 and still yet to receive the refund (20/1 when writing) pleasant service from customer services but replies have stopped and have 0 hope I will be refunded or receive the products. Not good - do not buy from this store.”
