Unbelievable.... I can see you've wrecked a few peoples chances of providing their family and friends with a gift this Christmas. It's Christmas Eve, and instead of wrapping the gift I ordered for my wife (which I thought would arrive on time), I'm left figuring out which items from the petrol station round the corner she might like. Fingers crossed that she'll happily accept a Twix and a head torch over the Carhartt clothing I ordered at the beginning of December. Either way, your commitment to being a holiday buzzkill is truly unmatched. So thanks for that. While I’d love to spend Christmas explaining to loved ones why they’re receiving absolutely nowt, I’d prefer a resolution instead. Could you confirm whether my gift is in transit, in a warehouse, or lost in the ether of late refunds and bad customer service? Please respond quickly—ideally faster than your shipping. You've been absolutely useless!

Still waiting for an item which I ordered on 30th November (it is now Christmas Eve). What is even more worrying is that the item is still for sale when it cannot be fulfilled. Unbeknown to me my son also tried to purchase the same item a few weeks later, and after taking his money (including paying for next day delivery) he received an email a few days later to explain there would be a delay. If you already know you cannot fulfill older orders you should NOT be taking money for new ones. Offering refunds is not enough when you are making false promises. The first and last time I will use this company.

As many are sharing the same reviews unfortunately I am experiencing the same appalling customer service. No communication regarding order placed 5/11/24 despite attempts to contact and request refund as of no use now for a Christmas gift -raising dispute with credit card is the next option!!!

Ordered on Nov 29th and like everyone else was informed of the 7-10 day delay but it has now been 15 working days with no updates on the status of my order at all. The customer service rep Jack has let me know that they apparently know as much as I do despite working within the business and the next update on my order for both of us will be the dispatch email (but of course there is no way for them to estimate when that might be). They’ve offered refunds twice but other reviews have me hesitant to take them up on it as it seems as though they don’t rush to get peoples money back. Really disappointing service.

Shocking service, no communication as to where/when delayed order will arrive despite having to email them several times! If you also look at the other reviews it seems to be a common theme!!!!

So far I am not satisfied with this company. My order was not delivered and proof of delivery map (no photo) is not for my area of the uk. Huh have not responded to two emails advising them I have not received and that the proof of delivery they have is not to my location. As with most items ordered in December these are gifts and i need replacement sent or a refund. Communication is needed.

I had an email stating that my order was delayed but would arrive 7-10 working days. It has gone over the deadline and now Huh will not respond to my emails. This is a christmas present so I would like some reassurance that it is on its way or a refund so I can shop elsewhere before it's too late. Very annoying and seems to be a pattern with Huh!!

I understand it’s a busy time of year but if you can’t offer a service then you shouldn’t advertise you can. I placed on order on the 15th and paid for next day delivery. I have not received my item nor has it even been shipped yet. I have had no email communication from HUH.Store to say item has been dispatched or there has been a delay. I can see on the site now that the item I have ordered is now out of stock. I would just appreciate some form of communication so I can either cancel the order and get a refund or that my order has been shipped. I have emailed to ask for an update but have yet to receive a reply. Unfortunately reading other reviews, I can see that this seems to be a regular occurrence. If you need your item quickly, I wouldn’t advise using this company. HUH.Store - please contact me regarding my order…

My product didn’t arrive so I asked to cancel my order on the 27th November and no refund has been given STILL on the 18th December. It has gone way past the 3-10 business days in which they said i would receive it in. Scammers.

I bought an item and paid for next day delivery. I needed this ASAP to replace a jacket i broke unfortunately. I still didn't receive any notification of diapatch after 2 days from order the Item (I ordered on a Saturday, i wouldnt expect you to disparch it on Sunday). It is embarassing, it is Tuesday afternoon amd no notifications at all. I will never buy anything from this shop anymore, not even with a 50% discount from any other price on the market. They don't even have alower proce than other, why would someone buy from these scammers?

My order was out of stock & took 2 months to arrive. I was never given an option to cancel and refund it. It was very difficult to get hold of anyone to find out any information at HUH. When, it finally arrived in two different boxes and the first arrived fine and the second was never delivered to my address and the tracking number from Royal Mail gives an error so I am unable to find it. Very bad service from start to finish. Still waiting to get some money back from my order that never arrived.

I placed a order on 25th November it had said it will come it has been 20 days from that and I had an emails regarding it was delayed I have emails multiple times asking how long it will take as it Christmas soon and I’m very disappointed, hopefully I will get an answer on here

Still waiting for Christmas present ordered 28th November. No reply to email asking about delay. Also tried to get the discount by signing up for emails but at checkout it didn’t happen. Would use this store again.

I placed an Order (#131033) a £90 Carlhart from this company on 30th November during the Black Friday sale and still have not received my order. I was told on the 4th December that my order would be delayed 7-10 days but it has now gone past that date and regardless of me sending numerous emails asking about the status of my order and then requesting a refund, I have not heard anything back and to think I bought this item as a Christmas gift. This is so terrible.

Avoid buying from this website! They're selling items that they don't actually have in stock, giving you bunch of false promises about your order, I finally managed to get my refund after 2 months of chasing

Bought a t shirt off the website, only to find they had. I stock. Wasn’t ins mad rush, but didn’t expect to be chasing them for month with minimal communication from their end. Imagine my surprise to find out the item was stock and they couldn’t be bothered doing their housekeeping and following up on back dated orders. If I hadn’t emailed glagain for the 4th time I’d still be waiting(still waiting on a response from them). Bit of an unprofessional Mickey mouse establishment.

I placed an order with HUH in August 2024. I have still yet to receive my order despite emailing them several times. Initially I had an apology and assurance that it would be delivered. As nothing arrived after a further follow up, I then emailed and asked for a refund - HUH having taken my money at the time of order. I have had no response to this request and still no goods. It's extremely frustrating that there is no contact number for the company and an email system which states that if you try to email again, you will go to the bottom of the queue again. Their chat line never seems to be available so is legal action my only option? Or do I have to write off my money? Appalling service.

Placed my order 9th November. 11th of November I was emailed stating item was delayed and would be delivered within 7-10 days. 20th November, still no delivery or update. Contacted them without reply. Received email 21st November stating item being dispatched soon? Delivery 4-5 business days? 2nd December no update. Contacted them and again no response or update?

Ordered for next day delivery before the cut off time but have not received any update or tracking since. It has been 4 days since ordering and no response from customer service and no number to call. Will likely avoid shopping with HUH again due to lack of customer service.
