“Since placing an order in NOVEMBER (6 months ago) we are still awaiting arrival of the item. Very slow in responding to emails and no one can give me an answer. We are still hundreds of pounds down with no sign of the product. I will never be ordering from this store again.”

“I placed three orders on 31 December 2022 and 1 January 2023. All orders had a lead time of 3-6 weeks so I was not expecting to receive anything until mid February. Since then I have sent numerous emails regarding my orders. The replies have been polite and have consistently assured me that they expect the items to be in stock in two weeks time. Those two weeks pass, I email again and I'm told the same thing. I have just received one order, and received part of the second order two weeks ago. At present I'm still waiting for over £300 of items that I've purchased to be delivered, nearly four months after I've ordered them.”
