Customer service has been some of the worst I have received, they sent my order in split deliveries 2 weeks apart and I had to chase to get some correspondence on this as nothing was said from their end regarding the second half of the delivery being sent. I then returned both items as the second one arrived too late then after constant chasing for my refund. There were weeks between replies from the company at times, I followed their returns process as specified and it took 6 weeks for them to action a refund, with no actual minimal apology for the really long delays/ responses. Really disappointing.

This is the worst website I have bought anything from, my order was terribly delayed and incomplete after several weeks . They have a ridiculous system for contacting them if you do have an issue and they do not refund the whole amount in one go. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

I ordered something months ago and I have never received it. I have emailed but got no response. As far as I can see this store is fraudulent and should be avoided at all costs.

I ordered my item to be told it was out of stock and no information on when it would be in stock. The operator “jack” was extremely unhelpful and seemed as though he didn’t care, not replying to my emails. I was then offered my order in a different colour way but offered no compensation whatsoever unlike other companies would. I will not be using HUH. Store again.

Do not order from this store. I placed an order on 1st Sept for a birthday present with an estimated delivery of 3rd - 5th. It did not arrive and there was no communication on any delay. I contacted customer service and was informed two days later that there was a delay and the estimated delivery was the following week. One more week and still no delivery or update, despite the item still being available on the site. After several more emails, I eventually cancelled the order; the birthday now being several weeks ago. I have now been waiting for 13 days and still no refund.

Ordered a backpack from them on the 23rd of September with latest expected delivery on the 30th. Didn't hear anything from them and so emailed to say I haven't received anything. They said they were having some issues but hopefully will have a delivery date soon. Two and a half weeks later im told there is still an issue and they don't know when I will be able to receive my product but when I go on the website I can still order said bag and have it delivered within 3-5 working days, yet im still waiting for one ordered nearly a month ago. There is no way to call customer service. The delivery dates of 3-5 working days must be about their customer service because that is how long it takes for them to get back to you and when they do it is to say sorry there is further delay with no answer to questions or anything helpful. Avoid this website at all costs, terrible communication and they just take your money and don't give you a product in return

Wish I could give no stars. Without doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order 2 months ago, half of it turned up with no expected date for the rest. I emailed chasing multiple times with no reply. One other item eventually came but I returned immediately and still haven’t received a refund. The remaining item I have cancelled and am now waiting on a further refund. No apology, no explanation, like talking to a robot!! Avoid at all costs!!!

Placed an order and paid extra for next day delivery on 10th October, still waiting today and no answer on emails or on contact us. Reading the reviews this sounds pretty standard and the customer service is the worst. Avoid!

Order and delivery (5 stars). They seem to be proactive when taking money and sending orders. However, as other reviewers have mentioned, my experience returning an unwanted item has been appalling. HUH Store received my return on 23rd September. Three weeks later, I'm still awaiting confirmation of their receipt and processing. I reached out after 13 working days (longer than their stated 10-day policy), and all I received was a generic response stating that all returns were processed within 10 days!! I would seriously consider avoiding this store unless you are absolutely certain you won't need their returns service!

Bag took forever to arrive. Only contact I had from HUH was when I emailed asking why the bag hadn’t been delivered. Communication should have been better from the team.

Communication poor, ignored e-mails advising to refund and not send as it had gone on 2 months, too not bad, just a black tee with a printed logo, I really can’t be doing with sending it back and waiting another 2 months and constantly having to check if a refund has been made.

I ordered a Muuto table back in June Told multiple times it was coming and still to this day 10th Oct no table Last reply to a message was 16th sept absolutely disgusting behaviour and can’t believe how many times i was told it was coming annoyingly i gave my dining table away to charity in JULY so have been tableless for what feels like forever I have now involved Klarna to assist with a refund as ive been ghosted by Jack BEWARE ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS

Waited over a month for my items which were ordered for a birthday gift and they didnt arrive in time! Unable to contact as no phone number and staff did not reply to numerous emails. I was pleased with the items when they finally did arrive but i would never use HUH Store again and would not recommend them to any of my friends or family either!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Coat ordered in August with next day delivery paid for. Didn’t arrive, then when contacted was told not in stock. Have since asked for a refund multiple times and no response.

Do not use this company, there customer service is non existent,I returned a pair of Carthartt trousers on the 25/09 and they were received on the 26/09 , by Royal Mail 24 with photo of proof delivery, I have not received the refund of £76,95, I have also emailed them twice with the proof of delivery and all you get is an automated email, I have now passed all my evidence of return to my credit card company, the service is a disgrace,

Terrible store. Paid for item. Delivery date missed by weeks. THE RUDEST customer service when enquiring about the delivery of my product. Four weeks after agreed delivery date, still no product delivery or communication from customer service. A charge back it is then... and I suspect they're no stranger to this. -10 / 10. Would not recommend.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a rucksack (£75) more than two weeks ago, with a promised delivery window of 3-4 days. No tracking info, no despatch confirmation, no explanation. Seems like a scam to me.

Ordered over a week ago and paid for next day delivery. Nothing came. Still nothing now. Chased up several times and have no been given a £2 refund and no indication of where my order is.
