Very disappointed with HUH.Store. I ordered a Peanuts frame a week ago which was meant to be delivered latest 27th September. So far still no item. I haven’t even received an email with tracking info, nothing! I even emailed to find out the delay and so far no response. Please can someone get back to me, this is a Christmas present for my snoopy loving daughter.

Appalling customer service - Avoid! My order was damaged due to poor packaging, a framed Peanuts print. I reported this immediately and eventually received news via an automated email that a replacement was being prepared for shipping. The replacement never turned up and repeated emails have led to no response from the seller. I am still awaiting contact from them nearly two months later. Beware their customer service policy to only respond to enquiries within 5 days. This will eat into your time to request PayPal help with the dispute which runs out after 30 days.

Failure to deliver goods on time, then blaming tropical weather events. No response to emails, and despite promises of full refund, I’ve had nothing back. Seems just to be a scam. If they published an address, it might be easier to go to Small Claims Court

Hi Ben, Thank you for your feedback and our sincere apologies again for the delay. Unfortunately, as we discussed on email, some of the stock has been severely delayed by a typhoon at the factory, which had to temporarily close and then re manufacture these items. They’re now in transit to us, however sea freight takes up to 6 weeks so these particular items are due back in stock in mid November. I understand you did not wish to swap for any of the items we had for immediate dispatch so a refund was issued for you on 13 September. If you need anything else please let us know via email. Item I purchased was delayed over a month, staff were not helpful and did not resolve my issues raised. Finally received my item almost 2 months later when it should have only took a week. Very bad service.

Products very good, but I ordered them expecting delivery by 5th September 2024 and they didn’t arrive until the 25th September and I had no idea that it was going to be late until I chased it up. Customers should be informed if there is going to be a problem as this is a lot of money to pay for a less than satisfactory service.

Ordered coat in July. Now end of September and still no delivery. several emails and request for refund. One email several weeks ago stating would give refund none received. This is a total disgrace and how does Trust Pilot give 4 and half stars???

Ordered 4 items for birthday presents. Wish I never bothered. Two items arrived quickly, but the other two didn’t come for several weeks. Too late for the birthdays. One item arrived faulty. The other item was okay. Customer service was slow and didn’t respond for days. Finally gave me a partial refund for a faulty item that I had returned at my own expense. But the refund hasn’t even appeared in my account. Totally disappointed. Customer service is terrible. Just hope that what you order isn’t faulty and arrives on time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store.

Late delivery, didn’t cancelled half the items I didn’t receive after 1 month, slow customer service that didn’t reply for over a week. Had to start a chargeback to get a refund.

I placed an order (#126894) on Monday 9th September 2024, 2 weeks later there is no sign, and Huh haven't responded to the email I sent them a week ago to ask where it is. They have such lovely stuff and I would love to recommend them, but so far I can only stay to steer well clear!

Ordered an item over a month ago with still no delivery in sight. I wish I could write a better review but I have not had one moment of positive experience with this company since ordering the item. The customer service is slow and the responses are extremely lacking. I have been given 3 separate delivery dates with no actual delivery turning up. They have not stopped responding to emails to the point of me needing to contest the payment via my bank in order to get a refund. Would not recommend ordering from them.

I've lost count of the number of emails I have sent chasing a refund - it was a tracked parcel signed for on the 27/07, almost 2 months! Unless you're 100% on an item, I'd steer clear of this business- sad to say hey cannot be trusted.

There was no confirmation of the purchase. After numerous emails I thought I had been scammed. I eventually received a reply to say 'stock delivery delayed.' Close on a month from purchase to delivery. I hope for HUH.STORE that this is a one off. Feedback and updates would have been appreciated.

If I could give zero stars I would. Like many others on this forum I ordered an item… it didn’t arrive after six weeks. I emailed; I was assured the item would be with me the next week. Guess what? Nothing. I emailed again… they issued a refund, with no covering message to apologise for awful service (RUDE). It’s a week later and there’s nothing in my bank.. I have just emailed AGAIN. I’ll wait to see what happens. Such an appalling and shoddy way to run a business

Copy and pasted from my Trust Pilot review for ease: Ordered at the start of July and item has not yet been dispatched. Contacted them after 2 weeks to be told that suppliers were running late. They say that they will respond to query after 5 days but that has never been the case during this experience. Received an email on 1 Aug saying that the stock was now on its way to them and would be sent out the next day. As of 7 Aug it still has not arrived. I have had 2 unanswered communications, one weeks ago just asking for refund instead of an item multiple weeks late. Looking at the website this seems to be a common scenario: Items good quality but absolutely no idea when they will turn up. May I suggest that you do not sell items that you have zero visibility of receiving yourselves. Really disappointed as the product range looks good. Edit 13 Aug: there are still adverts popping up on Facebook saying that the t shirt that I am waiting for is available next day delivery. This is knowingly misleading. Edit 16 Aug: still no response and still no item arrived. I notice that HUH usually reply on here where they can defend themselves but nothing on here either. All I want is a refund now but I can't get a response. There are plenty of other reviews saying the same. If you buy from here and get nothing (having read this..) you only have yourself to blame. Edit 2 September: still no reply, still no product received. Edit 8 September, still no reply and no product received. For information, the product is a Langsam Run Club t-shirt. It that's what you are considering buying, don't. They don't have them. Edit 17 September, still no item, still no response. I would still accept a refund but my requests for one have been ignored in the past. I will try to dispute through my bank.

My order took around a month to arrive. Very little and very poor communication. I have as offered a refund and I accepted, only to be ignored again. Eventually received my order. Very poor experience. I would recommend staying away from this store.

Not very good I’m afraid I ordered goods that were advertised in stock but actually were not. The package took way way too long to arrive without enough communication Sorry guys

These are nice products. However, just bear in mind some of these product are pre order. It took 84 days to get to me. Some products I gave up on or swapped and a refund, which took 49 days! Communication also very poor and in frequent. Won’t be buying from them again!
