After placing order for 11 days. I still don't know my package ship or not. Live chat didn't reply for last three days in a row. Feel discouraged.

Hi, I can’t see your order details but if you drop us an email we will get back to you right away. It may be that we’re responding on the live chat but you’re not seeing our answers, if you add your email to the chat you will get a notifications when we reply. Hope that helps!

All good up until I required a refund. It took me chasing it up with them twice to be processed even though they had my item for 10 days. I know it says it can take up to 7 working days to be processed but come on, it’s 2018. A refund should never take this long and unfortunately let’s your otherwise good image down massively. Sadly won’t be shopping here again.

Hi, Thanks for you feedback. During busy periods refunds can take up to 7 business days to be processed. It sounds like your refund was issued on the 7th business day, however if you could email us your order number we would be happy to investigate further for you. Many thanks, HUH.

My order didn’t arrive for two weeks. I was forced to contact customer services and inquire about my items locations. Not the greatest service I’ve had from an online retailer.

I ordered something on Christmas Day and received it on the 9th January (15 days later) I know things get delayed with Christmas but surely not this long. When I asked where my order was on the 5th January, only then was it sent out, not explanation or anything as to what had happened or a sorry and I feel as though if I did not chase my order up it would of never been sent

Hi Sasha, our store was closed from 22nd December - 2nd January. At checkout, your shipping option had "Will be dispatched on 2nd Jan" noted. Sorry if this was at all unclear.

Slow shipping time. It required me sending an email about my order for it to be shipped out. Waited well over a week before it even shipped which is not as stated on the site.

Hi, sorry to hear you were unhappy with the shipping time to the USA. I had a look and I can’t find an email from you, but according to the tracking it looks like your order was delivered within the 6-8 working days specified when you checked out. Unfortunately shipping to the USA takes a while, but we’re always looking into methods of streamlining this! Thanks

I sent back the item i bought as soon as possible. It was July 25. It is now the 15 of September. I have still not received a refund or a reply to my query regarding the lack of refund.This company don't refund my money.

I had the worst experience with this company. I ordered a grey Hershel backpack whilst it was on offer from this website thinking I'd managed to grab a bargain and a lovely bag to present my partner on his birthday. I was told it would take 2-3 working days to be delivered but a week and a bit later it hadn't arrived. I called the company and the assistant sounded unsympathetic but very generously offered to send out another. Another week passes and the second bag does not arrived. I phoned the company to ask where it was as my partners birthday was two days away. The man, again in an unsympathetic voice, said 'sorry about that' and told me to wait a further 4 days and if it hasn't arrived they would issue a refund. I have now been issued a refund for all of this aggravation but still feel at a loss. I had no gift to present my partner. I've lost two and a half weeks waiting for a bag that should have arrived 2-3 days after purchasing it and what for to be in the same position as I was at the start. I do not recommend shopping with this company or at least online... a bitter taste has been left!

Hi James, thanks for your feedback. I am the assistant you spoke to on the phone. Apologies if I came off as unsympathetic, this was not my intention at all. In fact, I'm frustrated on your behalf as we've shipped two bags to you (Signed For) and Royal Mail has failed to deliver both. This has never happened before and we will be following up with Royal Mail as, not only do you not have your bag, we have also lost two. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. I hope you can understand we did our best, promptly shipping two bags (and subsequently promptly refunding you) and that Royal Mail let us down on this occasion (twice!).

I returned some items which were the wrong size. The returned items were received back in the store on the 21st of June. It is now the 21st of July and I have still not received a refund or a reply to my query regarding the lack of refund.

Bought a rucksack as a present. Online price £48 - had a 10% voucher so paid £43.20. When the parcel arrived there was a price tag attached that said £40. If that was the actual original price with my 10% discount I should have paid £36.00. Very cheeky to hike up prices to fool people into thinking they are getting a discount.

Hi James, Sorry to hear about the price difference. We definitely do not make the prices different for online and physical store customers. Our system is linked and all the prices are the same. I'm not sure why the tag price was different but I've sent you a couple of emails to try and organise a refund for the difference. Let me know when you see this! Thanks, Jack

Terrible customer service. Items go in the sale a day after ordering and they're inflexble in refunding.

Hi Emma, Thanks for your feedback. As we discussed all purchase prices are final. I'm sure you can understand why we can't go back and refund everyone who purchased items before the sale, as that wouldn't make very good business sense! I believe at the time of purchase the item you ordered was also the best price available when comparing us to competitors.
