“I bought the heritage bracelet about a fortnight. It arrived 2 days later. It was beautifully packaged. When I saw the bracelet I was thrilled and it hasn't been off my wrist since. I've been complemented by friends as its quite noticeable. The silver is bright and the design is simple yet complex and the links are smooth. Its gorgeous.”

“I Ordered a silver teething ring for my granddaughter which arrived within 2 days which I thought was brilliant seeing as she needed quite quickly,it was such a lovely item and I must say it was so much better in real life compared to the picture. “I recently bought a sterling silver curb chain from Hersey & Son and have had a really great experience. The item arrived well packaged with a lovely gift bag which gave a luxury feel. Unfortunately the chain I ordered was not to my desired length due to own personal preference but I contacted customer service and they quickly and efficiently responded and processed an exchange for me. “Purchased the STERLING SILVER TUBULAR VASE 15cm as a silver wedding anniversary gift for my wife, as that is not until February’26 I can’t say if she will like it, but I am very pleased with my purchase. The vase is stunning, and the engraving perfect, easy to order and arrived promptly, only negative is that for a £600 purchase, the cardboard presentation box is fairly disappointing.”
