“I ordered a bracelet for my son as a gift - it arrived quickly and was beautiful and of great quality. Sadly he didn’t like it so I asked for a refund - great customer service, quick, efficient, clear. Full refund on its way - great experience- I will shop again (for me this time!) thank you”
