“I needed a replacement item very quickly for something my grandson had lost. Hersey had the exact item (last bought four years ago) It was engraved and despatched to him in two days! Fantastic service.”

“Whilst very happy with the quality of the products that the Hersey’s website offers, it is probably one of the hardest to navigate that I have ever used. The search facility is rather hit and miss and the ordering system difficult to follow. I returned to Hersey’s as I had already purchased items which required engraving and thought that I had learned all the pitfalls and nuances - sadly I had not and although I had filled in all the required detail for engraving I did not even realise that it had not appeared on the order. Luckily, despite being perfectly wrapped, I opened it to check it was suitable and noticed the missing engraving. On checking I realised that I had not paid for engraving and so cannot quibble, but I was still left feeling a massive wariness of the website and therefore Hersey.”

“It is a beautiful cuff and delivery was really quick. The size guide was really useful and you need to trust it because when it arrived it looked way too small but it actually isn’t, it’s perfect. Packaging and presentation is lovely too”

“1st time using Hersey and Son, ordered a silver bangle for my sons 21st birthday. It is beautiful,fantastic quality, really quick service. Wasnt sure how to pick the right size, quick phone call spoke to a lovely lady and got it sorted. Got to wait a couple of weks for his birthday yet but I know he will love it.”

“I rarely (actually never) write reviews, as I just don't dedicate the time. However, I felt compelled to write one for your company, as I couldn't be happier with the quality of service and products supplied. I initially ordered a cross and chain with some personal engraving on it, after I upsettingly lost my previous one. Sadly, when it arrived (which was within a couple of days) the cross was much bigger than I anticipated (completely my own fault), and assumed I wouldn't be able to return it due to the personalised engraving. However, when I checked your returns policy, I was pleasantly surpised to learn I could in facrt return and receive a full refund (with the exception of the engraving cost, which I completely understand). I'm now in receipt of replacement cross and chain, which I order from yourselves and I'm so pleased with it. Thank you so much for your excellent service, as it's much appreciated.”

“Silver Star is beautiful which I purchased for my sister and I k ow she will love it 💖 I know it is small however it feels a strong necklace and not flimsy 💝 Delivery very quickly and packaged well, plus a cloth to keep the star shining .
