“I bought my best friend a silver sixpence necklace from Hersey & Son. It arrived promptly only after a couple of days of ordering. I had a few queries regarding the item which was dealt with within hours and very satisfactorily The item is beautiful and well made, and came well packaged.. “The order was delivered quickly but sadly, this was the only positive. The incorrect item was sent and it was clearly a rushed job with poor attention to detail. The bangle was not symmetrical and highly disappointing resulting in a return. It is such a shame that more attention is not paid to fulfilling orders correctly and quality assuring products over the turnaround time.”

This is an extremely unusual occurrence as our colleague who checks and packs everything normally picks any problems up. “Beautiful heavy silver bracelet for my Grandson's 18th, he was over the moon with it. I shopped around and felt the Hersey's bracelet was the best quality. The clasp very robust compared to others. Very glad I decided on this Silversmiths. Very speedy customer service. Item arrived Very quickly. Cannot fault and would highly recommend.”
