“Excellent, professional service. The handcuffs were perfect for a christening gift and great quantity. We had a problem with Royal Mail delivery and I called Hersey to see if they could help; they offered to engrave another set and send out special delivery, now that’s what I call fantastic customer service. Will definitely purchase again from them.”

“The bracelet I ordered was stunning when it arrived and the thickness and quality were amazing . I also ordered it to be engraved and it came the very next day recorded delivery which I paid for but was very happy with the fast turnaround . I would recommend definitely and as the bracelet was a gift I will be looking for something for myself”
