“Really happy with the service from Hersey. We purchased our son a silver cross neckless and had this engraved for his 15th birthday. He was over the moon. I did ordere a slightly too long chain, but after a quick email, I sent this back and it was replaced for a shorter one without any issues. I would highly recommend,”
