“Ordered napkin ring and then realised a mistake e mailed and rang the next morning. Issue had already been sorted. Lady on the phone was excellent and we will be using again. Excellent.”

“Very helpful when I called for guidance - and also follow-up call when I made an order error! High quality products and beautifully presented. I preferred the previous grey boxes but the new ones I guess are more environmentally appropriate (the grey ones just looked more classy!).”

“I bought this for my Grandson who is about to go abroad,I haven't given it to him yet I know he will like it although I'm not sure I bought the right chain,maybe I should have ordered a link one which is probably heavier.Perhaps a good picture of the chain styles would help.Excellent service & delivery”
