“I placed an order for a 40mm hammered cuff to cover a bad scar on my wrist. The cuff was absolutely beautiful but unfortunately ,due to the shape of my wrist, it didn't sit right and I regrettably had to return it. The customer service I received from this company was excellent as there was also an issue with Royal Mail at the time of delivery. I reluctantly returned the cuff on Monday and was advised by my bank on Wednesday to expect the refund. I would have no hesitation in using Hersey and Son again or recommending them to my family and friends.”

“I bought my daughter a small cross and chain for her baptism and was really impressed with the quality, attention to detail right through to the packaging. Since then I’ve orders a couple more things; an initial and a pendent and chain. Again I’m so happy with the quality and craftsmanship . I love this family business and will continue to use them.”

“I bought my son an engraved bangle in Matt finish and it was beautiful, a perfect fit and he was delighted with it. I have also just bought my husband a silver pill box engraved with his name. Once again the quality was excellent with classy packaging and very quick delivery. I will definitely consider this company again for gifts.”
