“I ordered a torque bangle for my granddaughter’s 21stBirthday. When it didn’t arrive I telephoned and spoke to Elaina she was so kind she went out of her way to help she would liaise with Royal Mail to find where they have delivered my bracelet to and she even had another bracelet sent to me which was delivered the following day. Hersey is a great company to deal with and my bracelet is gorgeous and I will be ordering again a company you can trust. Zoya Owen”

“Once I had worn Herseys silver jewellery the difference was obvious when comparing to other silver. I love the brightness and the apparent thought that looks to have been applied when choosing items to make. I’m not a lover of thin wispy silver or too bulky items so items on sale fit the bill for me. Well done Herseys”

“Very Helpful by email when I had a query, very quick to complete the order and notify me and extremely pleased with the finished product. Only downside, which was nothing to do with Hersey, Royal Mail took 2 days to notify me that they had received it, then notified me that the delivery was on the Thursday but it didnt arrive until the Saturday.”

“What a lovely experience shopping with you. It's so obvious that you care about your customers and the products you sell. Quality and service which is usually associated with years gone by, but still very much in evidence with you. We bought a St. Christopher and chain for our son-in-law and gave it to him yesterday.
