“Loved the jewellery was a bit worried about one of the earrings as it wasn't closing like the other for some reason. Might have been me or because their new but they it seems fine now. Would definitely order from here again and will be doing. Love the necklace aswell. X”

“It could have been better. I ordered an item and paid extra for it to be engraved. It turned up quick enough, but they forget to engrave it. They almost redeemed themselves with a quick refund.”

“I ordered a torque bangle for my granddaughter’s 21stBirthday. When it didn’t arrive I telephoned and spoke to Elaina she was so kind she went out of her way to help she would liaise with Royal Mail to find where they have delivered my bracelet to and she even had another bracelet sent to me which was delivered the following day. Hersey is a great company to deal with and my bracelet is gorgeous and I will be ordering again a company you can trust. Zoya Owen”
