“Since 2013 we have purchased several items from Hersey & Son, as gifts for our grandchildren. We recently purchased a gift and asked for it to be engraved. Unfortunately, upon receipt we identified an issue. We contacted Hersey & Son and Eraina couldn't have been any more apologetic. A replacement item was engraved and sent out with an hour and was with us in less than 24 hours. Many online suppliers could learn a great deal about excellent customer service from Eraina and Hersey & Son. Thank you once again for everything that you have done.”

“I purchased two st Christopher's for my son and grandson, who are setting off on a motorbike to tour Europe. They are not leaving until the 10th of August so have not received them yet, but I know they will be as pleased as I was when I received them, the quality is brilliant as is the engraving, also the quick delivery was unbelievable, thankyou so much”
