“I messed up my order, I didn't change the delivery address as we had moved recently and only realised a few hours after ordering on a Friday. I emailed to ask for the details to be changed on the Friday and received an email first thing Monday morning to say the details have been updated and I received my order a few days later. Very happy with the service and the product and this company will be the first on my list for further purchases”
