“I ordered a silver bangle but it was the wrong size. Hersey had no problem in replacing it with the largest size. Unfortunately, that too was too small and I phoned them and had the most helpful girl on the phone who suggested an opening bangle which I agreed with. It arrived the next day and is perfect. Hersey went over and above in customer service. I highly recommend them for your silver purchases. They are the best.”

“Ordered initial necklaces for my three grandaughters after much searching. We thought that the initials were just the right size for the girls, not too fine but not too chunky. We have not been disappointed, they are perfect, beautifully presented and supplied with a cleaning cloth. Service and items excellent, couldn't have asked for more. “The bangle is lovely and beautifully made but it is very small. I purchased it for my sons girlfriends 21st and lucky she is a very small person otherwise it would not have fitted. I am a clothes size 18 and could not get the bangle on over my knuckles. So this is something to definitely think about if you want to purchase this bangle.”

Thanks for the review, and we are glad you like the bangle. The bangle does expand to fit larger hands, so we are not sure if you tried that? We certainly haven't heard of any problems with fit in the past, so we just wanted to reassure you! Kind regards, Hersey & Son.
