“I ordered a leather bracelet with sterling silver findings for my boyfriends birthday. I had a silver tube engraved with a personal message on the inside and he loved it. It came beautifully packaged in a nice box, tissue paper wrapped, with a cleaning cloth and care instructions. I rang up for help with measurements and query with regards to colour of leather, the person was very helpful and made the process easy. Lovely gift. Would recommend.”
