“The item - a napkin hook, was lovely:well made, good quality silver etc. The order was prepared and delivered promptly. Perhaps too quickly though: the monogramming though fine and well executed was engraved using the wrong typeface. More care should be taken.”

“Was a little dubious about ordering jewellery online without being able to see it first in hand but the customer support was very helpful answering my sizing questions and the weight and feel of the bangle is great. It's not left my wrist since it arrived and with a little manipulation to match the shape of my wrist it's a perfect fit.”

“I've purchased a few items from Hersey and I can honestly say with hand on heart they are the most beautiful pieces of jewellery. The prices are also really reasonable - I brought a belcher bracelet and a bangle and the weight of them is unbelievable and not flimsy at all. I won't be buying my jewellery from anywhere else but here”

“I selected a silver snooker chalk holder as a classic 'What do you buy someone who has everything? My phone order and subsequent delivery went as planned and my son, celebrating his 50th birthday, was surprised and amused by his unexpected present, making it all worthwhile. The quality of the gift was enhanced by its excellent presentation. I haven't seen the actual gift as I didn't wish to spoil the packaging, but my son was duly impressed.”
