“This is the third engraved child's bangle we have bought from Hersey, one for each of our little granddaughters. I am just as thrilled with the latest one as I was with the first two! Sadly the bangle didn't reach us before the Naming Day ceremony itself, but this was purely due to industrial action by Royal Mail, and not Hersey's fault in any way. I only mention this because the Customer Service was outstanding. Eraina emailed me a couple of times and smoothed the waters of this Nanny's worrying. Well done everyone at Herseys.”

“Was a great service really only reason I give 4 not 5 stars is that there was no order tracking facility on their website, sure you could call them but I would have preferred to see what the status was online. The rest was smooth as silk.”
