“I have bought items from Hersey over the last few years and have always found the items and service to be excellent. I recently ordered a pair of cuff links for my future son-in-law for him to wear on his wedding day. Unfortunately they disappeared into the Royal Mail black hole and it looked like he would not get them in time. Julia stepped in and sent out a new set engraved as requested which arrived the following day by DHL in time for the wedding. Awesome service and the cuff links are perfect…… Thank you so much Julia!”

“This is the third necklace we have ordered from Hersey. I ordered the tree of life pendant to give to my sister as a Christmas and thank you present for being my rock this year since I have been battling breast cancer. I wanted something with meaning and this necklace signifies that. It is very well made, and came very well presented in its own little box with care instructions.”

“Stylish simplicity. I am impressed with both quality and simple style of this outstanding product. I am sure my partner will fall in love with her new bangle. “Although the order was incomplete on arrival, the lady on the phone apologised and said she would send the missing pendant. It is unfortunate that this will arrive too late as the recipient will have left to travel overseas. I am very disappointed.”

“Hersey & Son is a very good company, I've bought sterling silver gifts from them in the past. The quality of the sterling silver gifts I purchased is excellent and the recipients of these gifts (Silver Fairy First Tooth Box, Sterling Silver Stud Earings and Ball Earings) were delighted. “I live in Australia and cannot find products to the impeccable standard of Hersey and Son so I always purchase special occasion gifts from them. Not only are the products unique and beautifully made but they offer a wide variety of personalising fonts that make your item/gift special. I find gifts appropriate for all occasions and am always very happy with the beautiful and premium quality when they arrive. My purchases usually arrive in Sydney from the UK within 10 working days at max so they also offer a fantastic and reliable service. I have been purchasing from Hersey & Son for a few years now and recommend them to all my friends and family here in Australia. They certainly have a lifelong customer in me!”
