“I received the item and I was extremely disappointed, it was cheap and flimsy looking and not what I expected. It’s a shame as I have ordered from this company before and was happy with the product.”

“I ordered a personalised st christopher one morning (realised I'd spelt something incorrect so emailed to correct it and got a response immediately stating they would correct the spelling mistake) and received it the following morning! Product is lovely and as described and the engraving is amazing. Superb!”
