“Relatively hassle-free purchase. My granddaughter's jewellery arrived promptly and she was pleased with it. It was unfortunate that the checkout process on the web site did not offer the option of different billing and delivery addresses and I was a little surprised that this could not be changed subsequently.”

“Item was exactly as described, nice weight, really nicely designed and made, excellent value I thought, and also arrived really quickly even with the cheapest shipping option (just a couple days). Couldn't be happier, ended up making a few more purchases and will remember them for any future silver purchases.”

“Brilliant British Silversmith! Ordered a Sterling Silver Ball Chain for an Army ID Tag & Padlock. You can see + feel the quality in its weight; beautifully shiny. A lovely chain, in lovely minimal packaging; well protected in padded mailing bag. I ordered & expected it to be dispatched after the weekend, but it arrived on a Saturday! Will be using this silversmith again for similar gifts. Thank you very much, Hersey.”

“My mum gave me some money to get myself something special, that I could keep for my 60th birthday, we decided on the 1961 silver sixpence necklace. Hersey & Son contacted me immediately to let me know that their silversmith was off sick and that they didn't have any pre-made for that particular year. I was more than happy to wait and my necklace arrived last week, it is beautiful! I could not ask for better service or a better necklace, so thank you to all of you.”
