“This is the second time I've ordered from Hersey and I will not hesitate to use them in the future. I needed to call them with a query prior to ordering and the customer service was fantastic. They really went the extra mile. The products are great and my item was despatched on the day I ordered it even though it was engraved. Brilliant!”

“Ordered the solid silver children’s bracelet and it arrives a couple of days later engraving was perfect really high quality and so very pleased with it and the service . Am now looking at other jewellery from them . Thanks again awesome quality”

“Fantastic company had an issue with my inscription on a chosen item due to the font letter shape & not being desirable and letter size if you are fussy like me call them and have a Intimate conversation on what you want do not chance just sending your inscription on line! However there was know messing about renewed my item with new letter size and inscription so impressed with the effort to please beautiful item! Maybe one day inscription typed could appear as it would be received on app many thanks Hersey!”
