“Cufflinks are beautiful and arrived extremely promptly. Had to be returned because the engraving was incorrect, but this was fixed the next day and I was refunded the cost of the return delivery. Hasn't put me off using Hersey & Son, and I've bought two more pieces, both of which have been quick and perfect.”

“Highly recommended. I telephoned a couple of times to ask about the silver napkin rings that I was interested in purchasing and the ladies I spoke to were very helpful.
